Bought and played this game only to gamble with Claptrap. Was satisfied for maybe 2 hours max
played this because of a friend, was met with a pretty nice and competent poker game, voicelines get really repetitive and annoying after about an hour
A lot more fun than the first one imo even tho its still poker with funny dialogue.

More of what made poker night 1 so good. Fun Dialogue, fun characters, plus more stuff to unlock. Basically, gambling but the goal is to have fun.

Another Poker Night title with a weirder group of characters. Some questionable decisions from the devs on this version, as you can't skip dialogue. Unfortunately, it's been delisted, so you can't acquire this game anymore.
Many years ago a couple of friends and I bought this under the assumption that it would have multiplayer. It did not. Have not touched it since.

it's pretty much the same as the first one
My favorite part is when everyone has their own unique item from their worlds to gamble and Claptrap breaks out the Borderlands Game of the Year trophy as if to say the game is creatively shit

pretty fun game to kill time in class
in some ways, poker night two is a huge improvement over the first. the characters are better, the graphics look great, and the upgrade system is more intuitive. just like the first though, it is a fine, harmless poker sim. my biggest complaint is, as far as i know, you can not skip dialog, which is dreadful when trying to get the millionaire achievement. just kinda meh. the tf2 items aren't very good either
It's literally just poker but GLaDOS just says you're mentally ill every round.

There is good in this game... but it's in the form of youtube compilations of all the dialogue.

Overall a massive downgrade from the first game.
Instead of adding new features somebrаindead moron 1000 IQ genius at Telltale thought it was a brilliant idea to completely remove the player's ability to skip dialogue and subject them to half a minute of incessant autistic noises that at least two characters in this game make from time to time.
AI appears to cheat almost every hand and is inferior to the AI in the first game. You also can't change difficulty to stop opponents dunking on you with a flush/straight/three of a kind time and time again, because they removed that setting for some reason. It's absolutely ridiculous, they took a near-perfect game and made it worse in almost every single way.
The cast of characters is better in this game, I'll give it that, but other than that I have nothing positive to say about it. The whole drinking mechanic seems pointless and gimmicky and omaha poker frankly blows.

I did 100% this game but the internet was out and my achievement never took.
I really only got this to get the skins for Borderlands, but yeah it's an alright poker simulator for nerds.
