Best Jojo game, one of my favorite fighting games. This game was made for fans, it's a perfectly crafted love letter. My only gripe is that there are THREE characters from Steel Ball Run, even though it had already ended, and was standing as the longest running Jojo part. I can only hope for another game like this.
As a hardcore jojo fan (yes i know), this game is dumb fun, but nothing more. The fighting mechanics are so slow and feel clunky, along with feeling quite simple. If you get sexually aroused by jojo references this game is your wet dream, otherwise stay the hell away.
I enjoyed it, but if this game was anything but jojo i would have lasted maybe an hour.

This got 40/40 in Famitsu, so I imported it immediately. The game was £45 and the express shipping was £25; UPS then asked for £30 in 'priority' import handling fees.
I played through the story in an afternoon, checked all the super moves and then never played it again.
Two years later, I saw the English-language version in a bargain bin at a local game shop for £15.

When you make a fighting game with everything but the gameplay spot on then something's wrong

This is much better than the one we got on the PS4.

I've been playing this game from time to time for the last 5 years, and the one thing I can say for certain is that it very much captures the spirit of the manga and anime, and the characters are very well conceived. As a fighting game however, it gets dull pretty fast.
Absolute kusoge as a fighting game, but an absolute ton of effort and respect to the source material in the character's movesets, for better or worse.
For a terribly balanced fighting game IT HAS SUCH GREAT ANIMATION, FANSERVICE, MODELS AND ARTSTYLE. THIS SHIT IS THE BOMB.

Puta jogo com muitas ideias bacanas e muito conteúdo pra quem é fã. Como jogo de luta, bem meia-boca, competitivamente falando.
la campaña son peleas separadas por muros de texto y el netcode es una verga. tiene unos cuantos personajes pero hay un par rotisimos que hacen que aprender a jugar con el resto sea al pedo.
El juego no brilla por su historia (que intenta seguir la historia de cada una de las partes del manga) sino por su excelente combate. Es el tipico juego que si te gusta volveras a jugarlo para partidas cortas y no para rememorar la narrativa. Un buen juego para los fans de JoJo que además adoren los juegos de lucha lateral.

I wouldn't really call this a good fighting game but I have played much worse. The game feels sluggish and many characters feel very similar. The characters that are outside of the norm usually aren't all the fun, in particular those riding horses. Visually the game looks great which is expected from CyberConnect2, but I am disappointed that the story mode has no cutscenes since that is what the developer is best known for from their Naruto games. If you're a fan of the series this you will probably like it more, but I'd just recommend playing the Capcom game instead.
Kinda fun but also a bit too slow for a fighting game. Also not worth beating since I dont know all the stories yet. No dub was disappointing.

It’s a Jojo fighting game, that’s all there is too it. I bought this game when they said the psn store was shutting down, and the day after I bought this they announced it wasn’t being shut down. So I’d like to think Jojo’s saved the PSN store.
