Com uma pequena história e uma jogabilidade simples e divertida, TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge faz-nos viajar até ao tempo em que os jogos Arcade estavam em alta. Apesar de não inventar a roda, faz uso dela da melhor forma possível.

Confesso que não sou, de todo, o maior conhecedor do universo das tão conhecidas Tartarugas Ninja — vi apenas alguns episódios ainda na era dos dinossauros — o que torna ainda mais impressionante o quanto me diverti com o jogo em si. A jogabilidade varia bastante de acordo com a personagem que escolhemos e todos os níveis possuem uma estrutura semelhante: avançamos através de vários locais por entre uma série de inimigos e combatemos contra um boss no final de cada um. O combate é extremamente divertido e é dos melhores Beat’em Ups a que já joguei.

A banda sonora e a arte visual nostálgica são outro ponto forte e nota-se que tudo foi planeado e colocado em prática com imensa paixão por parte dos desenvolvedores. Isso é algo bastante raro hoje em dia.

TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge é uma experiência obrigatória para todos os fãs de Leo, Raph, Donnie e Mikey e é recomendável para todos os jogadores que pretendem uma aventura curta, divertida e cheia de ação.

Before this year, I never got into the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles like ever lmao. I’ve seen the 2007 film and I played a good amount of Donnie in Injustice 2. It was honestly the movie from this year (Mutant Mayhem, it’s incredible, please check it out) that kind of got me into a TMNT kick. Ultimately, that led me into playing this.

Played it with some friends (1-6 players online btw) and holy shit this game rocks. All the characters are fun and feel smooth to play. The combo system isn’t revolutionary, but the satisfaction of landing combos into team combos into super moves is perfect. The game is colorful, and it has plenty of style and charm that separate it from other in its genre. All while remaining faithful to the 90s era beat ‘em up games.
It’s funny, I was gonna dedicate this past Saturday to playing Starfield, but I saw this on Gamepass and just decided to play it on a whim, and I turned out to be one of my favorite games I’ve played this year. My only gripe would probably be it isn’t as in depth as other beat ‘em ups (I.E River City Girls). Other than that, if you have even a small interest in beat ‘em ups, please play this

This game is so underrated, I adore it.
I played this game with friends, and it was such a blast. If you don't have friends, you can also play it online with strangers, and it's still just as fun.
The combat is really simple but so fun and I love how many characters you can select, like there are so many.

Also they had the Sonic Mania guy to make music for this game so... PEAK!!!
