Probably one of or the best ending to a video game ever. If you haven't played this go out and buy it now. This is a game that i can recommend to anyone who likes to play video games unless your not a fan of puzzles but its not all about that. Its hard to find the right Words to describe this game it is truly one of the best video games that will ever be made and you have to experience it for yourself.

There are so many fun and inventive puzzles in here (even if some were a little frustrating), it feels like they really took everything from the first game and built upon it to make something even better. I've seen so many out of context clips and songs from this game (and the previous one too) on YouTube ever since I was really young, so finally being able to play it all the way to the end after all this time feels pretty satisfying. There's a certain type of charm in here that you really don't see in video games anymore, I wonder if it even still exists.
Wheatley was hilarious, too. I think if they ever make a Portal 3, it should be about trying to bring Wheatley back to Earth. He's changed! He said he's learnt his lesson! Let's give him a redemption arc!! We can leave Space Core up there, though, he seems happy.

Much like the first game, the story and humor are on point in Portal 2. Wheatley is a great counterpart for GLaDOS. The mechanics are substantially expanded from the first game with the various types of goo, and I enjoyed the variety of new puzzles that provided.
The intro to the game really drags on, though, with lots of incredibly easy puzzles and loading screens. I would have preferred if it jumped into more challenging puzzles much more quickly. I liked the general idea of the non-puzzle areas, but I did get a bit tired of hunting around for the little bit of wall that I could put a portal on.
Those are just minor complaints, though. While Portal 2 isn't necessarily a personal favorite, I can see why it's generally rated among the best games of all time.
