Juego "ok" echo mas por compromiso que para divertirte

It's okay. I did every achievement in this game and I already don't remember anything about it.

(Played using the Open Sonic SMS Remake)
6.8/10
Yea it's sonic chaos, the stages are cool, but man the game is extremely short, some acts end in less than a minute, the bosses are painfully easy.
The remake for this fine but the collision is weird, you end up in walls when you go up ramps.
It's enjoyable.

I remembered this being very fun when I was a kid, but I think it's just kind of mid now. I was interested in how the special stages worked, but I got kind of frustrated with having to collect and hold onto so many rings when there are seemingly no shields to be found. Get hit? kill yourself. You have to start over. And even then, when you get to the special stage, it could just be some stupid pipe maze that's too fast to actually react to. I got to the special stage in almost every level and still did not get all the emeralds because of those stupid fucking pipe mazes.

Otherwise, the game is still painfully mid. The general gameplay is fine, but it's not exciting or really anything worth mentioning. You get to play as tails, but there's not much here besides that. It's not horrible, but it's not great either.

5/10

I fully realize how, overly easy and generic this is as a sonic game, but...

It was also one of the very first sonic games I ever completed! It left a really big impression on me, and motivated me to finally complete all the genesis games!

Not to mention, a game being overly easy is much better than frustratingly difficult, at least in my opinion. You can finish this one in an hour or so and feel like you got your times worth out of it.

Well I beat it. Its a fun game and i lowkey reccomend playing through it the special stages changes with every time you go into it. The bosses are alright Eggman has way to much health though. Plus the music was decent but even the bad sonic games have good music

Both versions are similar for me, although the SMS version has more slowdowns. It's a relatively easy game, both to pass the stages and bosses and to get the emeralds (of which you can get five during the adventure and one at the end). It has memorable music and charismatic sprites. The game's weak point is its gameplay, which is a bit harsh, especially underwater. Other than that, Sonic Chaos is short and playable, although very weak when compared to other Big Blue's games.

This one actually plays like a real Sonic game and has, like, actual level design that was made by real human people. (unlike Sonic 2 GG) Not an especially memorable game, but consistently a fairly enjoyable time. Except the final boss, it's so hilariously hard for no reason, took me like 40 tries.

Sonic the Hedgehog Chaos (1993)

Played on Nintendo Switch (Sonic Origins Plus)

To be honest, it really wasn’t terrible. I think that the levels are way too easy and the game has constant frame drops, but it actually wasn’t the worst for being a Game Gear game.

for a game with chaos in the title not alot happened

Los Sonic The Hedgehog de Master System son versiones muy curiosas, aún más difíciles y en ocasiones injustas en comparación a los originales. Pero la pasé muy bien jugandolos

that was hilariously short and easy

Neat new ideas for the third handheld title, definitely branches off from the fast gameplay of Sonic 1, 2, and CD on the Genesis. Chaos is once again held back by the limitations of the Game Gear, just like its predecessors.

Sonic Chaos is quite possibly the easiest Sonic game. The levels are short, and there aren’t many obstacles. In a way, this is good, as it’s a stark contrast to the many obstacles you couldn’t see in the Master System version of Sonic 2. That said, there are still a lot of blind jumps, it’s just that in Sonic Chaos, they usually lead somewhere.

Other than being easy, Sonic Chaos doesn’t really try anything new or different. It features two Green Hill Zones – one called Turquoise Hill (that looks exactly the same) and Mecha Green Hill, which is a decent twist on the level.

Sonic Chaos is a fairly safe Sonic game, it doesn’t doing anything bad, but is very unremarkable overall.

it's cute, it's fine, who gives a shit

Sonic Chaos is ultimately too easy and forgettable to be even thought about let alone play, also why is the final boss so hard?

that was like, an actual video game! wow! can only imagine how much fun it would have been to play in the car on a road trip in 1993.
It is not 1993, and now I can take sonic mania on a road trip.
This game has actual level design unlike sonic 2 8 bit, but its levels are extremely short and still not great. The game is piss easy and features "special stages" that're borderline minigames. Even they aren't really that hard; just kinda cryptic. The most challenge you'll get out of it is from the bosses. Other than that it uh, it's a game. It exists.

While it was a completely original game, it certainly feels like a somewhat stripped down version of the first title in the franchise and suffered from bland level design and slowdown issues.
