if i could see the enemies i'd be unstoppable

Great missions but to be honest they get quite boring especially the last chapter in the desert, the fight with the train goes on for way too long, but i loved the pilot’s story and the one with the italian.

It could have been nice to see some stories from the perspective of the germans, ottomans etc, they weren’t necessarily the bad guys of WW1.

undeniably ambitious to make an FPS for a war that was considered "too boring" by board directors for decades. Let's not delve deeper into the ethics of considering one of the most taxing human conflicts boring, not now at least.

Incredibly immersive even in multiplayer, DICE really outdid themselves with the sheer vibes. The variety of guns is cool, seeing prototypes and concepts take on some life is quite novel considering the last game I remember doing such was the G11 being in Black Ops.

Multiplayer is much better with friends but the highlight maps are Verdun Heights, Forte De Vaux, and Zeebrugge

Probably my favorite of the non-classic Battlefields. This is the only game I can think of that has an intro that makes you feel bad for playing it.

The sniper rifle is a plague on multiplayer shooters and I cannot imagine Sir Joseph Whitworth, inventor of the malicious device, is none too pleased.

Hot take: This game lives from its graphics and sound design because the gameplay is really mid

Out of several short stories of the campaign, only one is mildy interesting.

o que me entristece em jogos multiplayer é que eventualmente não vão ter mais base a ativa e o jogo morre de uma forma miserável, infelizmente é o caso desse jogo

What a great game, seriously. I don't know if there's a more beautiful FPS available, even eight years later.

Great gunplay, great maps, and a great war (Get it? The Great War? Terrible war, though. Horrific.), Battlefield 1 still leads the genre as one of the greatest--if not the greatest--large-scale FPS.

PTSD experience, feels like a movie. Everything a battlefield game should be.

do NOT play the battlefield games after this

I like getting killed by snipers every 0.000002 seconds, it makes me feel some type of way ngl

I played this game's story mode. That was good experience.

terrible ww1 game but easily the best Battlefield game, its incurably cinematic, especially the Operations mode. The hype for this game back in 2016/17 was earned. It lead to my addiction to early 20th century history

Grata sorpresa (8,45)

Battlefields 1 multiplayer was incredible. The maps were so good and memorable. The feeling whilst playing was as if you were at war yourself. Details like the behemoth falling down or being able to be on top of it and jump off is what made the game special. The soundtrack was surprisingly good as well I still listen to the OST.

Yeah war is hell or whatever but have you seen the uniforms in this game? Shit looks badass. The main problem with modern warfare is that military uniforms don't look cool anymore

as campanhas sao desafiadoras e interessantes, recomendo

ah yes the Hellriegel, Reaper of Souls, The Gateway to Hell, Satan's favorite SMG, The Decider of Life, Daddy's Spanking Belt, Messenger of Hell, The Storm of the Dead, The Ender of Times, Hell's Dog, That One Gangsta's so-called "Uzi", The Austro-Hungarian Meat Grinder, The Wonder Weapon of the Central Powers, The Unfinished One, The Abandoned Pew Pew Pew, and many more...

One of the Best fps game out there and Best battlefield game for me. the atmosphere, sounds, soundtrack.. Im in love with this game

surprisingly solid campaign, the anthology format is a great way to keep things fresh and have different styles of interesting self-contained stories. Tone definitely leans more towards pulpy war comic which is a plus imo but you're not gonna be learning about the horrors of WW1 here lol

Best Battlefield maybe ever not only because you can fuck around on horses

one of my favorite FPS multiplayer ever made and the peek at ea . and a ww1 fps that will never be topped

um ótimo BF, bem imersivo e bem maluco, não tem tantos servers hoje em dia mas ainda da pra se divertir com os que tem.

ainda jogarei o modo campanha

single player is actually good wtf

logging after finishing the campaigns, wow they're short, and playing about 5hrs of multiplayer; mostly only considering the war stories in my rating because hey the multiplayer is a lot of fun -- love the immersion this game grants and there's lots of exciting opportunities with all of the destruction physics. the campaigns though are a mixed bag, simple and short but a little lazy too. they're obviously intended to introduce the gameplay aspects of the multiplayer in a less intimidating way to a newcomer. but these cutscenes are either just not well written and performed or so bare minimum. and with some missions of the stories being literal minutes long it's kind of a shoulder shrug.

the immersion and core experience carries for sure, I like this game a lot and if I were just considering the multiplayer I'd be rating it higher probably. good game though, seriously

All snipers gonna face a horrible fate

My favourite battlefield because of how immersive it is. The game was beautiful at release, thanks to photogrammetry. It's not a battlefield where competitiveness shines, this is much more cinematic. The explosions, the sound, the gunplay... Everything feels like a movie. Truly my favourite BF experience with BF4.

powerful graphic content with great songs and theme

My first and only battlefield game I’ve ever played…

The best thing that this game does is something which I personally find quite unique for triple AAA titles, and that’s the sense of respect and admiration towards the historic time in which its based. WW1 is probably one of my favourite topics I ever learnt in history class and I love reading and watching films about it (check “All quiet on the western front” what a wonderful film), and thanks to this videogames as well. Firstly, the visuals are absolutely amazing from the lighting in the war scenarios to the faces, everything looks gorgeous. The war stories were surprisingly good as I ended up genuinely invested in several characters and there is a fresh variety of places and plots to follow. Don’t expect some crazy new things to do but at least it gives you some very different points of view (all from allied forces though I would have loved a german POV) such as a tank driver, fighter pilot, or a horse-riding rebel against the ottomans. They are quite short but I way prefer this to a shitty and boring long campaign.

Now the online…I played this game 6 years after its release and the online was very active with lets say 8-12 almost full severs every time
I join. I’m not particularly good at this game or at any FPS but its extremely fun. Great variety of maps and modes, I don’t really care about the weapons (also don’t care if they aren’t realistic at all, because if they were then the game would be extremely tedious) but I love the choices of vehicle.

This game is beautiful to watch and feel, and probably for that reason I love it even though I’m not particularly fond of multiplayer FPS games. Occasionally I find myself playing online for a couple of matches when I fancy a grandiose old-school war experience, and the war stories are definetely worth it as well.
