Potencial, pero le faltaban dos veranos

It’s a combination of borderlands and overwatch so it averages out as meh.

Believe it or not... I liked this game.
A lot.
It's not perfect. It could get repetitive. The fact it was online only really hurt the game in the long run (I mean, you can't even play it anymore lol). Releasing at the same time as Overwatch. The creator linking people to a porn subreddit of all things! So much went wrong, and it's a shame really, because I thought this game was a diamond in the rough at its best. It's not a polished diamond, but y'know, any diamond is worth something.
I liked the character designs a lot. They're obviously not on the higher end of attractiveness, which makes the subreddit incident hilarious in retrospect, BUT they were all very unique and well-fitting for the art style. I remember especially liking the designs for Orendi and Beatrix.
I enjoyed playing around with the skill trees. I will say, it's probably a bit too complicated for some players, but I had no issue. I thought it added a lot of replayability for every match.
I remember the campaign being a bit shit, with just a few levels to work with that were a bit boring, but it was alright if you had friends with you.
Overall, pretty fun game, I actually miss it.

I liked the gentleman robot! He ded now

Incredibly unfortunate timing on this one. If not for Overwatch being a plague on the Earth for a few years, I think this would have survived. It was actually quite a bit of fun and the characters were each unique in their playstyles.

honestly this game was pretty fun, terrible management though lol

I remember when Overwatch Players mocked this game for being a hero shooter at a time when Overwatch was the big game on the block.
It included a full story-mode. meaningful unlocks and character progression. Level-up skill trees. A ton of neat features that set it apart.

Anyway, now the overwatch fanbase is tearing their own game apart for being a hero shooter that doesn't include a story, meaningful character progression, skill trees, or any of the other features included in Battleborn 8 years ago...

RIP to a pretty damn fun game.

Despite its short-lived success and lifespan, Battleborn remains an underrated hero shooter with some MOBA elements.

Alongside the company of some friends, I conquered the mess that is Battleborn before the servers go offline in early 2021. While there are some novel ideas alongside its diverse cast of characters, severe technical issues that locked out progressing through the campaign and an overall obnoxious tone make Battleborn ripe for retirement – permanently.

This game didn't deserve to die but I understand why it did after playing it for a long time. The character designs are peak though

I unfortunately spent over 1000 hours on this game before it EOS'd and even to this day I have way too many mixed feelings about the entire experience. If I were to summarize, it had the skeleton of a truly amazing game, but was bogged down by a lot of issues that ranged from mildly inconvenient to completely game ruining. Main issues being terrible UI, questionable balance decisions, lack of anything resembling a decent matchmaking system (although to be fair, when the playerbase bled out so quickly, that one was kind of unfixable), and optimization issues that made certain maps unplayable for many users. That being said, I obviously enjoyed the game enough to stick through all of that, but could I call it a good game? Probably not.

bought this beacause was extra cheap despite being new game and has some cool cards inside box

I will forever consider this game one of my favorites ever, I consider it my first heartbreak

upside: contains a humongous fungus
