I love gay people
It does what it sets out to do well and the art is amazing as seems to be a trend for Studio Investigrave games. I don't like it quite as much as Elevator Hitch but that's because I really enjoyed how thematically dense that game was, versus this one being more character driven. I also think it reasonably could've been like 20-30 minutes longer and it would probably be able to justify it. Game jam game though so I'm not gonna be that harsh.

so theres this game with elk imagery

suffers from what i assume is an enforced short runtime with a serious case of tell don't show. i enjoyed the prey vs predator allegory and the artwork is very nice.

backloggd user mochiras when there is a game with visual symbolism and allegory at the function

Pretty art and an interesting story, albeit a bit confusing in its execution

this had no business making me tear up. the story resonates with me in a way, which is probably why I love it too much. art is incredible without a doubt, the story is intriguing, and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Very charming game with good art, mystery, and an extremely strong emotional core. It would benefit from being longer, but this game was made for a contest that required it be made it under a month so I can't fault it too badly.

The biggest fault it has is that there's a huge exposition dump and the end and it does a lot of telling and not showing. But it's biggest strength is the very engaging story and characters, who are complex, 3-dimensional, and heartwrenchingly relatable.

These boys are NOT straight.
