It's simple fun, one of those games I pick up when the mood strikes me and I don't want to think too hard, then shelve away for a few months. It's so silly and charming. Played the Switch version before I got the PC one, and the PC version plays way better!

This game is just so ridiculous and so funny to look at. The dogs don’t really have any interesting interactions with toys and furniture, which is a big drawback for a virtual pet game, but watching these physics-driven freaks of nature teeter around and trip over each other is an absolutely transcendent experience.

i made a dog that had three legs and felt so guilty that i had to stop playing.

My main problem with this game so far is that it gets annoying trying to micro-manage everything if you have specific goals. I haven't tried the automation features yet, but I'm hoping they'll make the game more enjoyable.

There's not a lot here but it's great when you need a smile.
