This game rules, but I felt I had very little incentive to explore Night City on my own. My playthrough of the game was incredibly short (35~ hours or so) despite doing a good selection of side content. My initial playthrough was essentially driven by: getting a phone call, accepting a mission, and then doing it before moving on with the main story. Very little exploration. Very little feeling of discovery. On further exploration post-completion, it appears this game is very easy to play 'wrong' or to miss entire gameplay systems altogether. There's a lot there but it is not presented in the most friendly way.

I really wanted to stick with and like this one. Especially liked the role Playing Mansion area. The game feels like 50% menu screens that didn't need to be so upfront.
