Favorite game of all time. As much fun as it is to go through the story, combat encounters, and divine beasts, the real magic of this game lies in the exploration and discovery of Hyrule. I loved every moment I spent in this world! I wish I could experience it for the first time again.

Breath of the Wild is my favorite game of all time, so I was beyond excited for the sequel. Technically, it's a fantastic game. There's so much to see, tons of options for combat, and the new abilities Link has are amazing. What stops this game from really hitting it out of the park for me is the reuse of the Hyrule map. I recognize that there have been lots of changes made to it, but it ultimately fell short of achieving the same sense of wonder and discovery that the first game instilled.

Really great game for exploration and discovery. The combat options are great, and I really enjoyed the legacy dungeons. My only big problems are that some of the bosses were very difficult to read, and there was a lot of recycled boss fights, to the point that it greatly lessened the impact of what would've been great boss encounters.
