My Metroid ranking

I have a hard time playing Metroid Prime because of motion sickness :(

One of the best remakes of all time. There's a balance between good level design, fun gameplay and fair difficulty.
It almost doesn't feel like a true Metroid game with how seamless you go from one part to the next, which shows how well made it is. Controls and combat are incredible.
Since it's set in a human-made environment, the areas are way too perfect and unnatural, but it works in a way. This game is a great example of textbook level design.
Controls are terrible and the map is way too confusing, but it's still classic Metroid.
Much like the original, it's too repetitive. The new mechanics also didn't get the right treatment until Dread. Should've been shorter.
Like previously said, it's repetitive, but at least it's short. The Game Boy look and sounds create an eerie atmosphere that makes it stand out.
