I don’t understand the praise at all LOL
The gameplay is such a snooze fest, the controls were awful, and like idk the worlds felt so dry like wow. Image owning a N64 and playing this instead of Mario like that feels insane to me.... sorry gamers.
I will say I do appreciate it's goofy style but that's about the only thing I like in Banjo Kazooie.

This marks the start of my little N64/Pokémon spinoff game journey (idk which one I'll commit to yet).
Pokémon Stadium is just alright. I'm sure being able to battle in 3D and with any Pokémon in the game was absurd for it's time but it just isn't needed nowadays with newer generations and Showdown existing. Also I know this game was made during gen 1 but having only gen 1 mons hurts it in 2022 LOL.
I do appreciate the effort they put into this game though! The anime style tournament is fun and they actually have battle animations! A Pokémon Stadium with this much effort created today would slay :p

The Madden franchise is such a joke. Even worse than 2K somehow. Ik people say sports games are the same each year but Madden is literally the same fucking game every single year. What's crazy is that it somehow gets worse and more buggy like wow.

Champ'd Up is the greatest game of all time.
This game is so weird my feelings are very mixed. Like I love Danganronpa so naturally I enjoyed a decent bit of it, but some parts were just insane.
I'll start with the good (?). This game made me like Toko a lot more than I did before. She's kinda fun and doesn't just only talk about Byakuya when she speaks. I think a certain spoiler characters role in the game is very neat. Also the animated scenes were pretty slay.
Now for the bad....
The actual gameplay itself here isn't like the other DR games, in fact it's not even a visual novel this time. UDG is a shooter/brawler/puzzel game? Idk how to explain it but it's just not very good. I honestly didn't mind it but doesn't make it better at all.
There is a certain scene where Komaru gets tortured by one of the villains and... it's just extremely disgusting. That scene is a new low for the franchise holy shit.
Lastly we have the writing... it wasn't good. Danganronpa games don't have the greatest writing in the first place but this one was just whatever. It adds neat lore to the world but that's about it.
Ummmmmm yeaaah this game is odd. My rating lowered while writing it LOL. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone playing the series whether you like DR or not

Rocket League is my favorite multiplayer game of all time.
Back in 2020, I got back into RL after having not played for about 3 years... I've been playing it a ton since. Almost 800 hours played and it never gets stale for me.
The gameplay is very good. I think the core gameplay of "car soccer" is just really fun, you don't need to learn insane mechanics.
I've also recently got into competitive Rocket League which is so much fun ??? I never expected to actually be into Esports but watching the tournaments, specifically the LAN events, are extremely fun!!
Sorta a guilty pleasure for me since I'm a girl and idk I'm self conscious about liking certain types of things but... I still love this game !!
