When I ran out of family members to put in this game I just started taking 3ds pictures of people on roblox so half of the enemies in my copy of this game just ended up being mid-era roblox characters.

Pretty good but it has modern ID disease where the hardest mode is "hard mode with one life" which was never fun in the first place.

Really polished but it feels like half a game in story since it was built to cliffhang for Eternal.

Probably the first Pokemon game to show how much the series was going to go downhill over time. You shouldn't be able to follow up Black and White 2 and the immense amount of work that was put into the spritework with this and get away with it.

Pretty good but also extraordinarily short. It's a Schrodinger's 4-star for me depending on if it is or isn't on sale.

Probably the most effort any developer has given to include the community in its existence, from events to charities to leagues to community items.

Say what you will about recent Valve support for the game, but it's astonishing how much effort was put into keeping a free to play game this healthy, balanced, and engaging for anyone who played it. Even the one major issue that popped up recently with bots was mostly curbed.

For a sense of scale, Valve used to put so much support into TF2 that their interns still occasionally integrating community items and fixing half-decade old bugs is considered "barely any support" for this 15+ year old game.

cringe ass nae nae baby goes to super hell

i think i learned about this game from its cameo in kingdom hearts and me playing this exponentially more is a lesson why you don't reference better games in your series

It feels really good until you realize about half of each part of the game feels missing. Kind of shallow if you've played any other roguelike and it shies away from doing anything that would really allow the player to invest in the fighting part of the game, because then you might ignore the farmville part.

And by the end, finishing it sort of unsatisfying because you just sort of get dropped back into the exact main game with only one very unimpressive bonus.

Absolutely carried by it's aesthetic, which isn't a bad thing. I like the aesthetic.

Your fighting game might be nuanced but does it have this?

This is just what high school is like in America

It feels wrong to rate this before it's finished, but I'll probably rate it high after that.

Arcade-style games never got this good again.
