It’s a perfectly fine game but a bizarre addition in Mad Max canon.
It was originally going to be a game made by George Miller’s Dr D studios but that game was taken and given to Avalanche.
WB then gave all the concept art and script notes for Fury Road, The Wasteland and Furiosa.
So as a result so much of this game features prototypes and bizarro versions of what we would see in Fury Road and Furiosa.
It’s an interesting peek into a version of Modern Mad Max.
Like the 90s super Mario movie almost.

It’s pretty solid though I don’t find songbird a very interesting character that I really care about.
I found Reed and Alex to be much more defined characters and I’m actually kinda upset how Alex just dies offscreen.
I first did Songbird’s path and then did Reed’s path and Reed’s path is much more interesting and has what I think the true ending is.
Anyway i think it was pretty good.
