Amemiyage

Every game (to my knowledge) that has had involvement from prolific artist and director Keita Amemiya. Please watch the Zeiram movies and the Iria OVA, thank you! If you know of any game I've missed, shout in the comments so it can be added to the Keita Canon.

Not present on IGDB:
Bravoman (Arcade) - IGDB entry is for the Turbografx release. Amemiya did artwork for the original arcade flyer - Contributed by MendelPalace

Mirai Ninja
Mirai Ninja
Bit of a tricky one, this - Wikipedia credits him with character designs, but he doesn't seem to actually be credited anywhere in the game. He did direct the movie, though, and the designs are absolutely in line with his style.
The Masked Rider: Kamen Rider ZO
The Masked Rider: Kamen Rider ZO
Not sure if this actually features any footage that wasn't from the movie, but all the movie footage that is there is stuff he directed and did the designs for, so...
Hagane: The Final Conflict
Hagane: The Final Conflict
Character design, though I'd wager a lot of the environments are down to him as well. One of the enemies in this is straight up just the Zeiram hat.
Hyper Iria
Hyper Iria
Just credited as a writer on this, but it's a tie-in with an anime that he came up with, which is itself a tie-in with the two Zeiram live-action movies which he wrote, directed and did designs for, so I'd say his involvement is a little deeper here!
Rudra no Hihou
Rudra no Hihou
Credited as an illustrator (the box art seen on here is definitely his work), although his own website credits him with character design as well.
ZeiramZone
ZeiramZone
Credited as "author", though I'm not sure if this is in reference to him being the creator of the movie or if he wrote stuff specifically for this game. Either way it's a Zeiram game, so it's here!
PAL: Shinken Densetsu
PAL: Shinken Densetsu
Credited as Director and Art Director.
Nanatsu Kaze no Shima Monogatari
Nanatsu Kaze no Shima Monogatari
Credited as director and animator.
Dual Heroes
Dual Heroes
Director and character designer. I would never have been able to tell!
Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny
Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny
Character designer. Imagine waking up every day knowing you are the man who gave the world Gogandantess. What a life that must be...
Clock Tower 3
Clock Tower 3
Character designer. A friend showed me what the Scissorguy looks like in this game, and I said "that's just an Onimusha character", and then I found out Amemiya designed him. Score one for me!
Onimusha Tactics
Onimusha Tactics
Seen him credited as character design and writer. Not sure if both are accurate, but character design is probably a safe bet.
Onimusha: Blade Warriors
Onimusha: Blade Warriors
Reuses Onimusha 2 designs.
Onimusha 3: Demon Siege
Onimusha 3: Demon Siege
More reusing Onimusha 2 designs.
Blood Will Tell: Tezuka Osamu's Dororo
Blood Will Tell: Tezuka Osamu's Dororo
Production Designer.
Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love
Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love
Art design for the Azuchi Castle area, apparently.
Genji: Dawn of the Samurai
Genji: Dawn of the Samurai
Art director. You could not keep this dude away from PS2-era samurai games!
Golden Knight Garo
Golden Knight Garo
Not actually credited on the game as far as I can see, but again the game is an adaptation of a show he's responsible for most of, so I assume he at least had some passing involvement.
Genji: Days of the Blade
Genji: Days of the Blade
Credited as Art Director.

Nostalgia

Shin Megami Tensei IV
Shin Megami Tensei IV
Contributed some new demon designs, though I couldn't tell you which ones.
Final Fantasy XIV Online

@FallenGrace - The OVA rules! I don't know exactly what you'd call the style of all the tech in it but I love it. The movies are a real good time too, I wish he'd made more in that setting.

@01156 - No problem! I agree, love his work!

Great list idea!

A few additions:
Along with Genji: Dawn of the Samurai, he was also credited for Art Direction in the sequel, Genji: Days of the Blade.

He also did boss designs for Final Fantasy XIV for the Return to Ivalice alliance raid series. There's some examples of these in this old blog post. https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/blog/002739.html

Also, he has a few other smaller contributions too. He did the cover art for the Famicom game Seiken Psycho Calibur. He also did the flyer art for the original arcade release of Bravoman (in a very different art style than usual). He also directed a promotional video for the arcade game Genpei Tōma Den. You can find all of that here. https://videogamesdensetsu.tumblr.com/post/143792083185/keita-amemiya
