Amemiyage
Every game (to my knowledge) that has had involvement from prolific artist and director Keita Amemiya. Please watch the Zeiram movies and the Iria OVA, thank you! If you know of any game I've missed, shout in the comments so it can be added to the Keita Canon.
Not present on IGDB:
Bravoman (Arcade) - IGDB entry is for the Turbografx release. Amemiya did artwork for the original arcade flyer - Contributed by MendelPalace

truly such an incredible creative voice in the industry, thanks for shining a spotlight on these titles! i remember enjoying what i played of dororo quite a lot :)
@FallenGrace - The OVA rules! I don't know exactly what you'd call the style of all the tech in it but I love it. The movies are a real good time too, I wish he'd made more in that setting.
@01156 - No problem! I agree, love his work!

Great list idea!
A few additions:
Along with Genji: Dawn of the Samurai, he was also credited for Art Direction in the sequel, Genji: Days of the Blade.
He also did boss designs for Final Fantasy XIV for the Return to Ivalice alliance raid series. There's some examples of these in this old blog post. https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/blog/002739.html
Also, he has a few other smaller contributions too. He did the cover art for the Famicom game Seiken Psycho Calibur. He also did the flyer art for the original arcade release of Bravoman (in a very different art style than usual). He also directed a promotional video for the arcade game Genpei Tōma Den. You can find all of that here. https://videogamesdensetsu.tumblr.com/post/143792083185/keita-amemiya
