Fighting Game Spinoffs That Aren't Fighting Games

Exactly what the title says, any games in fighting game franchises I can think of that are not fighting games themselves.

Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball

There's like 4 of these by now.
Death by Degrees

Dynasty Warriors 2
Dynasty Warriors 2
I went back and forth with this one since it's a direct sequel rather than a spinoff but ultimately I figured, why not? Also if you want to be an extremist it means every Musou game made by Omega Force is a fighting game spinoff.

king of fighters sky stage, a kof but shmup

I've never heard of that. It's hilarious, Kyo flying through the air just kinda shimmying and shooting fire.

lmao I never knew about Virtua Quest's Japnese title, thank you for this.

I live to serve.

XBlaze Code:Embryo is a visual novel in the Blazblue-niverse. Does that count?

Paul and Law are playable in Urban Reign, does that count?

I'm gonna go with yes on Xblaze, I had heard of it and I have played Blazblue but I had no idea they had anything to do with each other so I missed putting it here. I am aware of, and love, Urban Reign but Paul and Law are simply guest characters in that game.

guilty gear isuka, Guilty Gear Vastedge, Pro Jumper! Guilty Gear Tangent!? - other examples just for guilty gear. You could probably even push it further to stuff like dual strikers if you wanted.

The side-scrolling mode in Isuka is more of a Tekken Force equivalent I feel. I didn't even think Vastedge would be on Backloggd. I have near-zero knowledge of pachinko, wasn't there a Virtua Fighter pachinko too? I had no idea Pro Jumper existed, and do you mean Dust Strikers? If you do I see where you're coming from but I don't wanna open the "Is Smash a fighting game" can of worms here. Thanks for Vastedge, and I'll try to find the VF pachinko too.

As far as I can tell the VF pachinko is not on backloggd and I don't have the will to add it.

oh and thanks for pro jumper too

Cannon Spike, a Capcom shmup starring Cammy and Charlie from Street Fighter

I knew about Cannon Spike, but it's more of a crossover game between a bunch of Capcom characters rather than a Street Fighter spinoff despite the name just being one of Cammy's special moves. Thanks though!
