What a load of shit, if I could give 0 stars I would. I only liked some of the character interactions, the story was stupid and had no substance. I don't see how it can be the ending to a trilogy when its a prequel to a game that leaves the player with more questions than answers. Xenoblade 1 didn't even leave you with questions that really needed to be answered, it was a complete story that didn't need a franchise tacked onto it. Games like this are what ruin the image of Xenoblade. Additionally, nothing was explained outside of lore dump monologues that were hard to keep up with, and the characters are shallow husks with little emotion. The only redeeming factor regarding characters were Shulk and Rex.

Back when I first got excited for this game, I had high hopes. Those hopes were crushed after beating the game and reflecting upon what I experienced. When I went to look back at my experience with the game, I was profusely disappointed. For starters, the main character Noah, is a bland and mostly emotionless character who feels more like a stand in or self insert at times. Mio was the bigger star of the show, being a nice change of pace when it comes to protagonists. Sena, Lanz, Taion and Eunie are all fine but lack depth, which definitely brings down the experience. All the villains in this game are very poorly written and explored, leaving the game without a defining villain for people to look back on. The story wasn't much, mostly serving as continuation of what didn't need top be continued (Xenoblade 1). In a vacuum, I think this game is fine, serviceable at best, but its really hard to find something in this game that I like that wasn't already done better in the original Xenoblade. In general, this games ending leaves a lot to be questioned. It leaves the player with more questions about the events that transpired and what they mean rather than definitive answers.

After I first beat Xenoblade 1, I was excited going into Xenoblade 2, a sequel which I had heard many different opinions about. Unfortunately, it falls short in nearly every category. To start, the characters that make the main party are just ok, My favorite among them being Zeke. He was a very fun character, with more to him than any other character, at least more meaningful things to look at. Rex, while being a somewhat annoying character, has some likeable qualities, but they end up falling short in the general scheme of things since he has so many other traits that bring him down, such as his general lack of maturity, a bad voice actor, and being somewhat dull/thick headed throughout the story. Everyone else is ok at best. The gameplay is VERY poorly explained, with it being such a far cry from the original's good tutorials were something the game desperately needed, but it was not the case for Xenoblade 2. After going to an outside source to learn the ins and outs of gameplay, it gets better, but still, other elements of the game bring it down. Mainly, the tacked on gacha system. It's poorly made and unnecessarily implemented. With field skills also being a thing, it requires certain blades with certain skills in order to progress the MAIN PLOT. This is an incredibly poor decision and how it even got past the idea phase is beyond me. The villains are fine, with Jin being the spotlight. The general story isn't great, due to its horrible pacing and generally uninteresting plot points. It's best trait is the game taking place in Klaus's original world.

Torna is certainly a step above what Xenoblade 2 tried to achieve. The gameplay is improved upon, field skills aren't as big of an issue, and the story it tells is pretty good. However, the community board is what ruins it for me, locking main story progression behind boring and derivative side quests is so mind numbingly bad of a decision. It completely stops all progress, forcing you to do these tasks and butchering the pacing of the dlc. The characters were all servicable, but I feel it could be better, Jin, again, is great. Others are lacking in depth.

Future Connected is fine all around. It's more of Xenoblade 1's fantastic gameplay, a better look into Melia as well as Shulk, in an epilogue with the interesting setting of the unused Bionis Shoulder which was cut, but still on the disc of the original Xenoblade release. The story was meh, not a whole lot to it, lacking even, but its in general solid, could be a bit better though.

Xenoblade Chronicles, where do I even start. Nearly everything about this game is phenomenal. To get my complaints out of the way first, the side content is boring to say the least. It mostly is comprised of fetch quests, or go here and kill x amount of enemies. With my complaints out of the way, let me get to what I like about the game. All the twists and turns the plot take are insane. It has some decent foreshadowing, an incredible start, a gripping narrative, spectacular gameplay, and a cast of characters that are diverse with their own motives that drive them, making it feel natural for them to all come together. The characters have such a wonderful dynamic to them that truly makes every scene they are in enjoyable. The gameplay is deep, with lots of customization, with 7 different characters with very different playstyles. The artstyle in both the original and the remake are beautiful and stand on their own ground. The villains are all (mostly) great, Zanza, Mumkhar, Egil. All amazing antagonists that fit the plot very well. Dickson was decent as an antagonist, but they "foreshadowed" his betrayal WAY too early. Lorithea was the worst of the bunch, she didn't do much of anything, but she was fine for her role I guess. The world is a very interesting setting. Taking place on 2 giant titans with varying areas that have so much spectacle. Being able to see where you are on the titan in perspective to where you are is a very nice touch that makes the environment feel more grounded and real, even though its so out there conceptually. Being able to see other body parts of the titan while exploring certain areas is also a very nice touch. Everything this game does with it's gameplay, story, characters and areas are fantastic and I absolutely adore all of it. Xenoblade Chronicles is a defining game of the JRPG genre that anyone who has any interest should try. It's a must play for and fan of RPGS, there truly is nothing else like it.

While opinions on what makes a great video game may vary, it's hard to deny the charm and addictiveness of Meme Run for Wii U. This quirky indie game combines the classic side-scrolling platformer with internet memes, creating a hilarious and engaging experience. The levels are creatively designed with a variety of challenges, and the game's use of popular memes as enemies and power-ups adds a unique touch of humor. The game's simple controls make it accessible to players of all skill levels, while its challenging difficulty level keeps players engaged and striving to improve. Meme Run's upbeat soundtrack and bright, colorful graphics further enhance the overall fun and playful atmosphere. Overall, Meme Run is a gem of a game that offers a fun and entertaining experience for gamers and meme lovers alike.

As much as the original Meme Run was beloved by many, its sequel Meme Run 2 falls short in several ways. The game seems to lack the same charm and wit that made the first one so special. The levels are less creative and feel uninspired, and the use of off-brand memes can feel cringy and out of touch with current internet culture. Furthermore, the game's difficulty level seems to have been ramped up without offering any new or exciting challenges. Additionally, the graphics and sound design lack the same level of polish and personality, making it feel like a soulless cash-grab rather than a passion project. Overall, Meme Run 2 is a disappointing follow-up to a beloved classic, failing to capture the same magic that made its predecessor so fun and memorable.

My Hero Ultra Rumble is undeniably a superior battle royale experience when compared to Fortnite and stands as the pinnacle of the genre. Firstly, Ultra Rumble distinguishes itself with its innovative and diverse hero system, offering an array of unique characters with distinct abilities, creating dynamic gameplay that continuously evolves. This diversity enhances strategic depth and encourages team coordination, setting it apart from Fortnite's more simplistic approach. Additionally, Ultra Rumble's stunning graphics and immersive world-building create a captivating and visually pleasing environment, elevating the overall gaming experience to new heights. Furthermore, its commitment to a fair and balanced competitive scene, along with frequent updates and responsive community engagement, solidify its status as the best battle royale overall. Ultra Rumble is a testament to innovation, quality, and player-centric design, making it the definitive choice for battle royale enthusiasts.

Devil Survivor Overclocked is a fantastic game. It has a great narrative with realistic and very human characters to go along with a highly philosophical plot that stays engaging the whole way through. It also boasts superb pixel art and a phenomenal soundtrack. My only gripe is the gameplay. I have never been a fan of grid-based strategy games. However, the switch to turn-based combat is very unique and helped to boost my experience. I loved the approach to routes in this game, being that they tie into a certain character's philosophy and feelings towards the antagonistic situation. There's a lot of replay value, which is great as I intend on replaying in hopes of a better experience with the gameplay. I hold this game as one of, if not the best, RPG experiences.

EDIT: After playing a few SMT games I have disregarded my opinions on the gameplay and have given the game 5 stars. The fact that no other SMT game or really JRPG in general can have character development like this game is quite frankly embarrassing and should be criticized more.

Genuinely the worst mech game I have ever played. Movement sucks, gunplay is awful, boring art style, dull characters. Pretty much everything that could have gone wrong with this game did go wrong. Avoid at all costs.

this game is just bad, it lacks identity and everything about it just feels off. All of the new stage elements and world maps clash with every model or base game texture to the point where it looks like the game is trying to achieve multiple different styles at once. Most of the new assets look out of place and the levels are much longer than they need to be with little to no creativity. The music also isn't that great.

It seems like its good but the game is purposefully made to throttle preformance on dolphin so I can't really tell. The maps that I did see while the game ran at 5 fps with audio so blown out it would make a deaf person wince in pain were good, but again I can't really say much. 1 star for now.

UPDATE: I will be keeping this at a 1 star. I tried playing more after upgrading my computer and it still ran horribly, and some of the tracks I could play really weren't good.

I like action games. I would go as far as to say that its my favorite genre if done correctly. God Hand does not do that. With a big focus on "comedy" and gameplay that just isn't very good, don't see myself continuing this game.

Poor man's God of War. Playing this game felt like nothing more than a silly parody of God of War, replicating its controls and mechanics down to an almost copyright infringing level of absurdity.
