2017

Banger art, banger design, banger music, peak character design wasted on an average gimmick fighting game. It's fun for a bit but doesn't have what it takes to stick it out. It's a casual fighting game that I wished didn't hinge on motion controls. So much potential. I think if they did a sequel and changed up the gameplay and added more content it would be exponentially better.

I mean like its a nu lego game. I don't know what I expected. I'm a grown ass man and this game is made for children. I'm sure I would have loved it in elementary school.

As a platformer nerd this shit is so fun.

Shit got me seething. Garbage ass game. They trying so hard to make some quick bullshit to take money from Wii nostalgia and it worked on me. I bought this bullshit thinking "Well at least they still got Miis. And they added new game modes and online." but damn this shit sucked. The new game modes are pretty inconsequential compared to Wii Sports and Resort. Plus it essentially has barley any single player content. It fully relies on you loving the multiplayer. Which I'll admit is fun for like a couple of hours. Nintendo do better. Billion dollar company.

Idk how the furry game became the goat of Smash inspired games but its earned it. Super fun.

I bet they fixed all the shit in the sequel cause again its a bit ruff. Pretty fun with friends and better than Brawlhalla so its got that going for it.

You know you kinda get what you get. Honestly, pretty fun for a shitpost. But as a Jojo fan it hurt seeing that in the game. Way too cringe.

Game that was actually meant for the user to have fun on an iPhone and not some garbage gatcha money sucking ad flashing trash. You get what you pay for. Good shit.

They hook you in with the visuals and music, then you stay for the platforming and metroidvaniaing. Shantae don't ever change.

Brother you cannot go wrong with WarioWare. Also the fact that they got the original characters is really cool. They've also been such a fun addition to this franchise. Well really they've been there since the start. They're all so charming.

You know, is it the Mario Party with the least amount of content? Yes. Does it feel kind of soulless? Yes. But goddamn it's still Mario Party and it's still fun with friends. However, because of the stuff I've previously mentioned it does get old after a while.
