This is legit one of the worst games I've ever played
The main objective is to grab keyshards and this only becomes a problem when running into hostile enemies which is almost every single pen except for 4.
The only source of defense is a gun that also acts as your flashlight, the concept is cool but using it is absolutely awful as using it as a defense as the enemies can not only outrun you but are stunned for less than a second not even giving you enough time to run away.
Jungle gyms are terrible to navigate through as the you would have to launch yourself off platforms but the physics are so fucked you would either get severely undershot you will somehow end up on top the platform or severely overshoot you and launch out the fucking exhibit.
The game doesn't even have a proper save so when you die it'll just respawn to the last safe zone you were in. Which doesn't sound that bad but enemies will not stop chasing you, if you're in their line of sight they will not stop.
This game is terrible avoid at all costs.

This is easily the best Zelda game of all time, This is also in my top 3 games of all time.
This game is so fucking good, while the main story is a little laid back as it's just "Get your shit back, and then get those giants." The characters in this game are so captivating to go through we see their obstacles, There's even cutscenes of failing sidequests.
There's so much detail to it all. The themes of death, letting go of the past. accepting your fate that our time is short, and being contempt with one's legacy. It' grips me. The gameplay is standard fare with it being improved on every single way from Ocarina of Time, while the amount of dungeons are less comparatively they're more tightly nit and put together, even the worst one (Great Bay) is still an easy time to navigate. The worst I can say are situation items/masks but most of them get usage.
This is a must play video game for anybody

Form over function the video game.
The level design works against the main gimmick of the game, that being time travel with one maybe two small spots in the level allowing you to time travel and get the machines in the past.
Now as someone who's able to do this just fine the game is incredibly easy to the point where it's become more boring, My latest playthrough I went for everything, (Time Stones, Generators and Metal Sonic Projectors) The game didn't feel as rewarding.
The artistic direction of the game is imo the only saving grace with it using the hardware it was originally on to it's fullest potential with a phenomenal soundtrack that from the US and JPs versions accompanied by an amazing opening provided by Toei Animation and Studio Junio.
The game introduces introduces Amy to the series and honestly...
I don't like her very much
Metal Sonic is cool I guess.
