A good game. The combat and visuals show their age but the story was amazing as usual. Def a fun ride with a satisfying ending. No regrets playing this one. 81/100 on Midnightcritic.
Game was good but I did enjoy innocence a bit more. Overall a great experience with great graphics and a gripping story.

It's done. Game #13 of 2023 beaten. FINAL FANTASY XVI. I had a few gripes with the game early on but the deeper I played the less I cared. The story is phenomenal this game is really special. The world maps and the side quests could use some work but the combat story and presentation are top tier. This is arguably my GOTY so far it's def up there. I would say 91 on Midnightcritic. A def recommend.
An absolute masterpiece of storytelling and environmental immersion/visuals. This is the best PlayStation exclusive game of all time. I beat it once on PS4 and beat it a second time on PS5 directors cut.
The story is fantastic and emotional at several parts. The world is beautiful vibrant and colorful. It's an open world that doesn't feel cluttered because of the systems with the wind and how you use your eyes to track your objectives. The combat is also amazing and fun with the stances, abilities, ghost weapons, archery, etc.
This is a must play.

This game is a masterpiece. 10/10.
Great game great setting. The opening is especially strong and immediately grabs you. I'm not a fan of stealth games but I still enjoyed this game. The final boss fight was annoying as fk. But overall a good game.
