cheesy and predictable storytelling (40% of the villains are straight up reskins of villains from previous games). I was really hooked the first 5 hours but it all went downhill later as the story progressed because i saw the game for what it was, and by the time i was 15 hours in i just wanted the credits to roll. Absolutely super hard carried by the godly OSTs and the new real time action x shin megami tensei style gameplay approach to battles, which surprisingly work really well together. There’s no character development for the phantom thieves cast throughout the entire game either, it’s just riding the coattails of it’s predecessor taking advantage of the fanbase’s love for P5 cast. The same can be said for the villain cast as they are very vague, because the game tries to tell you there are actually no villains, only broken people with sad pasts and they can turn good after you give them a little beating and talking, all the villains in this game followed this pattern (you do all these build ups just to effortlessly ruin the character you built which is a waste as they would have been more interesting if they had stuck to their ideals even after defeat). The timeline is after the original Persona 5, so you need to play the original game first before you can understand a lot of the references in this game otherwise the game will look like a total mess to you. To summarize, they had a really interesting concept for the plot, but executed it poorly leading to a mediocre story and the reason you won’t die from absolute boredom and is able to tank the mediocre writing is literally because atlus hired the jazz jesus to make the soundtracks for this game, now that combined with the new innovative real time action persona gameplay you’ll be busy banging your head to the soundtracks while watching joker and co shoot people while doing backflips, until it’s serious story related dialogue time and now you want to turn off the game again.

finished all the main story book chapters and there was nothing really good about them, most of the chapters were cliche, obvious and dragged out for too long. You see different characters from different games in the story mode which doesn’t really make any sense? Just a teqnique developers use when they are too lazy to design original characters. This game is a terrible cash grab and Nintendo isn’t even trying to hide it in the slightest. PvP is abysmal due to the broken meta and IV system. The game also has an auto play system for battles, the ai is decent and is probably more clever than your gashapon addicts’ brains anyway (not because the ai is clever but the game is so braindead) WHY DO YOU EVEN PLAY THIS GAME. It tries to be unique in gameplay by implementing terrain and unit class mechanics but even that takes just 10-15 mins to read through on wiki with dyslexia and it’s really nothing special. Just a game made to bait hardcore FE fans into wasting their time and money, with nothing to provide to the players. Even as a F2P i don’t reccomend downloading this game as the story is terrible, there is nothing really unique about the gameplay and the game is just terrible at everything overall. Just stick to the mainline games if you are looking for good story.

honestly a huge waste of potential. The world of Ancient Greece in AC odyssey is nothing short of breathtaking, the world is the total opposite of an empty world and the amazing graphics make it even better. This visually beautiful game is however, ruined by the horrible battling system, leveling system and tedious main/sidequests. Battles are just spamming insane broken skills like healing yourself and slowing down time by 10x so the charm of technical swordplay has been lost in odyssey. The leveling system is unnecessary and just prolongs the game for no good reason, it took me 50 axe hacks to kill a soldier which is just unnecessary because it isn’t hard to dodge and hit it’s just a waste of time. As for the quests they are very repetitive, the only enjoyment i got out of the mainline quests was meeting historical figures like Socrates. The horse riding is also very annoying due to the fact that your galloping speed is determined by where you are (some places don’t even make sense). Not my cup of tea as someone who is a fan of AC 2 to UNITY but this might be slightly better for you if you enjoy repetitive grinding and leveling up in games to progress.

a story retelling of the seven deadly sins manga for mobile. SDSGC has amazing graphics, animations, OSTs and it stays true to the canon material (with extra side stories to add to the lore). The gameplay can become very repetitive though, as there are only 3 elements in this game and team compositions revolve around using limited sets of specific characters if you want to follow the meta. As for resources, the game is generous to players who just want to enjoy the story but if you are interested in seasonal PvP being F2P is not really an option for you, as P2W players will easily dominate in this game. The sidequests in this game can become very tedious too and you will find yourself spending so much time just to complete mundane low rewarding side quests. Though with so many rng factors in battles, equipment uograding and almost everything in the game in general, i can’t really say the gameplay is my cup of tea because it lacks skill and you can’t really improve yourself by practicing to become better at this game only grind and roll for better gear. If you have never watched the SDS anime this game works as an entry too just because of how good the story was executed.

having played Genshin Impact since release day as a pay2win player i finally have my verdict for this game. Genshin Impact stormed the world of mobile gaming with it’s stunning graphics, beautiful world design, amazing OSTs and interesting character designs. Animations, voice acting, dialogue details, everything about this game looked like there was a lot of work put into it, high quality. Visual beauty aside, there’s a lot that is lacking in gameplay. The combat system is too simple, all characters have 3 buttons to click, the normal attack, special skill, and ultimate skill. This is a gashapon of course, and the lack of detailed character kits make the characters boring very fast, you spend 400$ for a character with 3 moves? Genshin Impact tries to compensate this by making it a character team game where you use 4 different characters to combine elements for combos but i still find this lackluster and not to mention some combos are too overpowered compared to others which makes you not want to use everything (pyro x hydro was broken). You also have to spend some cash for weapon banners if you want the character kits to work optimally. The story is pretty mediocre (me and my sister isekai’d into this world i can’t find her im gonna travel the 7 kingdoms to find clues about her, wait she actually joined the Akatsuki), i would say most people hype it up just because of the characters. Now the last major con i have for this game would be the resin system. The resin system is an energy system that you are bound to for farming in Genshin Impact. You can’t invest a lot of time into Genshin in one day, the game forces you to put in time daily to progress which i find very apalling, not to mention the day gate for dungeons. The dungeon drops are also rng so timegate+gashapon drops ends up being a no go for me (you can speed this process up with primogems aka money). Having been left with nothing to really praise except graphics, OSTs, a beautiful map and some likeable characters i can’t really give a high score until they redesign the gameplay, the farming system and blow tmy mind with some crazy plot twists to the story, because those are essential for a game to be good.

as someone who has spent thousands of hours and unironically has done absolutely everything this game has to offer, i reccomend you to not download this. The game may seem charming at first because of it’s F2P generousity, but in actuality it has absolutely nothing to offer. The game is a full wikipedia gashapon fest, learn the basics copy and paste comps. The main attraction of this game is guild war, an event where crews duke it out spamming the same raid over and over for honors. Guild war is heavily reliant on ping, comp and scripting. You won’t be able to beat the top players being F2P and playing fair. As for the raid battles, some can be enjoyable at release date but as soon as they are cracked it returns to the same old gameplay, wiki+memorization. To conclude this is just an evil insane timegated, timewasting cookie clicker with micro transactions and with one of the worst communities of all time.

coming from someone who’s played this since 2012, it’s full of micro transactions spam+gashapon dragon breeding+endless annoying tutorials+insane time gated get ready to spend a decade to get the useless dragonne park of your dreams if you don’t have daddy’s credit card.

fun challenging puzzles and great story telling. Catherine makes you think over some important aspects of life and helps you discover more about yourself. The choices you make in this game are important and impact the way the story plays out so remember to think throughly before making decisions and be honest for the best experience. I can’t say much more without spoiling the fun so just pick it up, reccomended.

aside from the visually stunning graphics the other aspects of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered remain to be mediocre at best. The map is big but empty, it felt like the developers just created a big sandbox and just dumped html rng generated sidequests in it which made the open world feel very dead. The story mode is cliche you just run around the empty city beating up edgy villains, the boss fights are horrible and the tedious MJ/Miles stealth missions don’t make the experience any better. The only notable good thing i can point out is the excellent voice acting, the characters felt real and some cutscenes really vivid because of it. To conclude i don’t reccomend this game to non spiderman fans because you’ll be bored of it pretty quick way before the story ends though die hard spiderman fans feel free to try it.

aside from the progamming acrobatics nothing else in this game really stood out. I was spamming left click through 90% of the game because of all the bland dialogues and it wasn’t until that the game started performing magic tricks, that i stopped up and gave it a good read to try to comprehend what was going on. The experience as i would describe it, is that it was comparable to that of going to an amusement park with my friends to ride carousels but ending up doing haunted house too, not the worst thing to do but i would want to go home and watch the soap opera airing tonight instead because im not the biggest fan of amusement parks.
