For me, this is the best game in what I consider the best gaming series of all time. Ocarina of time introduced me to zelda in an incredible way and a change in perspective of what I thought video games were capable of. Twilight Princess is the game that hooked me into this series, and my god the love that I have for games as a form of art would not be what it is without this game. To me, it has the best dungeons, bosses, combat, and art style of the series, but my god just the story of this game is something else. Zelda isnt a series without good stories: Majoras Mask, Wind Waker, Skyward Sword are phenomenal examples. But you get to Twilight Princess and to me I have yet to see a zelda game that writes its characters so incredibly well, has insanely thematically rich moments, a tone so mature and somber, some of the greatest action moments in a video game ever, a plot that just engages you from start to finish: its just one of the most beautifully constructed stories in a video game for me personally. AND, this game still has quite possibly, my favorite video game character of all time: Midna. There is not a game that has given me a character that grows as much as she does. She is by far the best thing about this game for me, and shes the reason why im so into compelling characters in any type of fiction. What else is there to say? This game is the magnum opus for Zelda in my opinion, and unless Tears of the Kingdom can top this in the story department, this may always remain king. Twilight Princess is easily one of my favorite games ever made.

This is one of the more underrated Metroid games honestly. I actually like it more than Prime 1, which is a hot take, but I gotta be honest: it was a game I loved that much. Honestly, this woulda been higher on the list if it was a bit longer. I also think it could have been a lot more difficult. However, this game does some stuff better than all the other Metroid games. On the plus side, it has one of the best stories in the entire series bar none. It is epic, the cinematics are awesome, the lore involving the phazon is awesome, and I loved how it focused more on the galactic federation. Beyond that, I thought the whole planet hopping feature was awesome!! The planets were so awesome, unique, and my god: skytown. What a phenomenal area. Its so awesome to use the sky rails, and the atmosphere is dope as hell. This game also probably has my favorite music, or one of my favorite osts, in the series. Right from the title screen, to some of the boss tracks, they are all epic. I love it all. Another thing I love about this game is the Immersion with the motion controls. They are so much fun, the aiming is awesome, and the way you engage with different environments is incredible. Finally, this game I think bar none has the best bosses in the prime trilogy. They were so much fun to fight. Overall, I think this is a great game. It was a great third chapter to this trilogy, and I can not wait for prime 4. definitely check this one out though, as I love it
9/10

Skyward Sword has always been one of my favorite zelda games of all time: possibly top 5, and if not, its super dam n close. I absolutely adore this game: the story is incredible, the cinematic presentation is the best in the series, the music is wonderful, the controls were immersive, and it provides some of the greatest linear design I have ever experienced in a video game, with engrossing areas and some of the series best dungeons. I was very excited to get my hands on this remaster, and my god, it was as if i was hyping myself up to play a new zelda game: crazy considering Skyward Sword is my most played zelda game actually. This remaster ruled. It fixed a lot of the areas that plagued the game at times, and helped its strongest elements shine so much more. This is a zelda game that everyone has to play. Fi has now been limited much more, controls are much more responsive, the art style is more beautiful then ever, and some of its tedious sections have been much more streamlined. This is a definitive version of one of my favorite wii games of all time. Definitely pick it up, and do not listen to the haters. It is the zelda formula operating at its finest.
