This was the first persona game I ever competed, and the first Megaten game I ever played more than once. It’s got a soft spot in my heart.

The gameplay is second only to P3R, and it’s really fun to play, albeit the game is unbelievably easy.

The story is where I have more problems. It’s not awful, it’s just kind of directionless and there’s no strong points after the very great opening section. The story picks up in the optional extra portion in Royal, but it’s easy to miss, short, and is wildly underdeveloped.

The graphics are great. Really just a stunning game to look at and just radiates style.

The music is honestly the best part. Truly phenomenal. Meguro and the other members of the sound team really outdid themselves, especially with the new tracks on Royal.

All in all, pretty great game.
