Countless hours lost in this world. The pinnacle of what an open-world experience can be. A new adventure around every corner. The ability to play as whoever you want, however you want, all while experiencing the ultimate power fantasy. This had a major impact on how I view video games and helped tailor my taste in this medium. All this before even discussing the incredible modding community surrounding this title. This is a game that only ends when you want it to.
Fun, fast paced experience that has an interesting take on a familiar Greek mythological setting. Love the art style. The gameplay is addictive and very replayable.
This game made me realize Cd Projekt Red is one of my favorite devs. After all the hype, I experienced an incredible open world where Night City feels like a character in and of itself. The immersion is off the charts and sets the standard for how immersive first person games can be. The subtle details and ways that you use your first person perspective make such a difference in pulling you into the life of V. The story is very engaging, filled with memorable characters that compelled me to see it through to the end. The gameplay is great too, with gunplay that rivals most single player first person shooters. All of this blended with role playing elements that were greatly improved with the 2.0 update make this one of my favorite games ever. I cannot wait for the next title that CD Projekt gifts us.
