Would you believe me if I told you this was my childhood?

This is still the most feature-complete version of Rock Band in 2023

Had a really fun artstyle before being swarmed with idiotic cosmetics.

Don't make my mistake and play it on classic mode for your first playthrough.

I'm in love with the art, music, and concept of this game but I couldn't really click with the mechanics enough to enjoy playing much.

Why can’t they just explain what “kingdom” means?

As someone who didn't understand the appeal of PlayStation until 2021, but became a fanboy almost instantly upon getting a friend's hand-me-down PS4, I really enjoyed living out my fantasy of being a weird nerd who collects PlayStation memorabilia like that guy from Toy Story 2 without actually needing to go to a single garage sale.

The alternative form sequences (ball, monkey, frog, lander) outstay their welcome though. If they were actually fun to play, let alone replay, I probably would have seriously wanted to platinum this.

Usually when a game is about age of sail ships, maneuvering is an important mechanic that demands you think critically about how you engage in fights, I wish it was here.

Receiving this as a gift when I had never even heard of “Jak and Daxter” before is pretty funny in hindsight but was baffling at the time.

It bloats the quick menu of your 3DS so it takes longer to get to the screen brightness settings, so you can have the absolute privilege of being preyed on by a gacha game

The first time I played this it left such a bad taste in my mouth that it caused me to abandon the entire playthrough.

With that said I think I understand why this is so beloved among New Vegas fans and definitely want to give it another shot sometime, but only after getting around to checking out the elements of Fo3 that this DLC directly ripped off.

The Demo convinced me to remove this from my wishlist.

Honestly I might have found a way to enjoy this if the fake shutter noise on the 2DS wasn't stuck on extremely loud.
