Metal Slug 2 but bigger & better

Benimaru is such a fucking crazy character to play as

Absolutely love this game, wrote it off as twitch bait the first week it came out and years later still heavily hooked. Extremely fun with friends. This, Helldivers 2 and Lethal Company are weekly rotations for my play with friends time.

Much like the first one it's a powerhouse that brought me back to my youth playing PS1 and PS2 Spider-Man games. Surprisingly content rich despite not being a full fledged sequel. Webswinging is somehow even better and the combat flows better... And no Screwball so that's a bonus too!

It's always great to get more games that are Christmas-y without being about Christmas... This, Max Payne 1+2 and uhh...uhhh...

Doesn't quite hit the marks of a good Yakuza game but thats fine, it's a different vibe. Really interesting story and characters but it comes with some gripes. Keihin Gang encounter rates are incredibly frustrating after awhile and whilst I was liking the Mortal Wound system at first... it started to be more tedious (also expensive) and made fights a little more annoying rather than add strategy like I was hoping. Still though it's worth playing and I've heard the sequel fixes alot of stuff.

One of my favourite racing games of all time. Sound design is pure music to my ears, quite a good amount of content (with the dlc), unforgiving and completely playable on a controller. It genuinely becomes a horror game when you're doing a night stage and your headlights keep failing.

I remember seeing this back when it came out and it blew my mind how much of a graphical leap it was from anything I'd ever seen at the time. Soundtrack has some of the best in the entire long running franchise. Fuck the cloister trials though.

I've never played a game that NEEDED a photo mode more than this. Perfect remake, adds without taking away from the source material. I really hope DS2+3 get the same treatment. As was the case in the original I highly recommend going for the One Gun achievement, which requires you to beat the game with just the Plasma Cutter.

Didn't think I could love it even more than the first Katamari but here we are.

A huge love letter to the franchise and one of the most visually stunning fighting games I've ever played or seen.

Didn't enjoy it as much as the first DaH, but then again I felt the same with the originals as a kid. Story missions feel a lot more boring and there was a lot more annoying missions (looking at you escort/protect Natalya and Kojira fight)

Also I just enjoyed that the first one had a lot more Crypto & Pox back and forth and I miss Crypto 137's unbridled rage against humanity rather than 138's slightly more forgiving nature.

All that said though I do hope Path of the Furon gets a remake and who knows maybe a new story.

Photomode is cool but didn't really notice any graphical differences between this remaster and the original, but to be fair it's been years since I played it. Cool game spent so much time on the demo when it was coming out.

Bit of a dissapointing ending but definately a memorable experience.

Didn't enjoy it as much as Awakened, some parts genuinely frustrating, ending pretty much came out of nowhere and didn't feel like it really wrapped any of the story up.

Fun and simple puzzle game. Really enjoyed the developers Friday the 13th game on mobile a few years ago (shame its been delisted recently as of writing.) Looking forward to the sequel that seems to use the artstyle of Friday the 13th's Killer Puzzle, which I think is a good thing as they could animate better kills that way.
