I think this is one of those "you had to be there in the moment" kind of games.

Maybe it's because of all the negative reviews I saw going in, but I loved this game! The world is so cool, the visuals are so well done, the story connected with me at the end. Overall, it just hit me right.
The combat is frustratingly simple and doesn't evolve much, but I had a great experience!
Played in GamePass and will for sure buy when it is cheap.

It's just a bad game. Lots of controls are touchy. None of the mechanics are particularly good. The jokes definitely don't hold up well, especially in Peter's levels. The jokes are one-note and tiresome. There's absolutely no reason to seek this out, even for nostalgia's sake.

This game is way better than it has any right to be.

This game went so hard. Really set up mechanics for Underground so well.

Not as great as I remember, but still a solid game with a relatively short story. Respect drips off this game and that's what makes it stand out. I miss this franchise.

The story isn't next level by any means, but it is a refreshing step forward in the franchise. Most grounded this series has been since MW3.

The fact that this even kind of works is a miracle.

Not just a nostalgia trip. This game rules!

This game rules! i played this a tin as a kid and liked it, but honestly this has been my favorite to play during my recent run (THUG, THUG2, THPS3, THPS4). Feels like a natural stepping stone between THPS3 and THUG. Kinda makes it its own beast, but I had a blast!

This game SLAPS! So glad I grabbed it to replay. Wish it would get a remaster or backwards compatible port.

Fun original ideas, solid gameplay, breezy story, and genuine intrigue throughout.

It's not bad, but it's not good either. It's forgettable. And that's the worst thing you could say for this franchise, especially with the emotional connection they try in this entry.

I think this game has the best local multiplayer ever.

The story is fine and has an interesting twist, but the systems that make the first two games are gone and leaves us with nothing that stands out. Just another generic shooter.

I wish this game had more missions on the Price/Soap side, but it's still great. Absolutely deserves a remaster (not that it really needs it)
