Was so excited for this to come out, and when it did, I had a blast. A perfectly crafted competitive multiplayer shooter - a genre I hadn't enjoyed since 2020. But for reasons I cannot explain, it fell off, and I stopped playing. Was fun while it lasted, though.

Bullshit, time-consuming, and toxic - but man, I wish I still had the time to play a wipe of this game, like I did in high school. I remember my first base's coordinates being exposed on a server. Felt like getting doxxed in real life.

Amazing art direction, soundtrack, and lore. Awful gameplay loop and grind, and clunky PVP. Heard they made the power level more balanced and accessible, though - so good on them.

Pure co-op fun. Built for players to experience out-of-this-world movie moments. Wish the devs would update the game more frequently, though.

Doesn't hit as hard as TLOU, but it's nice character development to supplement the base game.

Makes me wish I could shootdodge in real life. Narrative is pretty standard, and Max is (i'm pretty sure intentionally) more of a caricature than a character.

FromSoft at its peak. The only soulslike game where I feel encouraged, not fearful to explore.
