Favourite Bosses

Linking videos of the bosses, watch out for spoilers if you care. Text I;'ll try not to be too spoilery. Not really ranked.

Sir Alonne

While this is undoubtedly the worse boss run in ANY souls game, it is my absolute favourite boss in any game. Sir Alonne's moveset is simple, easy to read, and deadly. I kind of loathe Elden Ring for fuck you moves that are long ass strings or huge hitboxes. This is a fight between you and this guy on the beautiful marble floor.
Dark Eater Midir

Dark Eater Midir is a boss that none of my friends like. His arena is fucking huge, the only place you can really damage him is on his head (few opportunities to hit this) paired with that his health pool is gigantic, and he does a lot of damage. Midir asks a lot of you, and I can see how it doesn't seem very satisfying since it is kind of slow and tedious. But boy, did it just fill me with this supreme sense of fulfillment.
Pursuer

If Pursuer has 1 million fans, i am one of them. If Pursuer has 0 fans, i am dead. This dude is so fucking cool. His sword rules, his shield rules, his armour embedding with the souls he has captured rule. The fact this dude is one your ass at the beginning and tries to kill you before the actual arena is so good. Glad they add more of him in the Lost Bastille too.
Mimic Tear

Yeah I may punk the shit out of this dude in my video. Boss is easy, but the fact he is a literal copy of you rules so hard. I wish you could fight this thing infinitely. You also being able to get this as an Ashe makes me so happy. Love having 2 of me.
Chakravartin

It has never felt more better than this to kill God.
Vergil

While I do not have the skill to get the most out of this boss fight mechanically, it still really fun. Besides that, the narrative climax surrounding this boss is so well done and beautiful. DMC 5 fucking rules.
Jet Stream Sam

this is like 80% because I think he is babygirl as fuck and 20% that he is a Vergil character.
Jeanne

I really love her character design so much. The MMA attire is so good.
That;s probably the main reason I like the boss here. These aren't all "This is good mechanically", sometimes I do not care.
Heisenburg

WOO. BIG AWESOME SPECTACLE. RAW GOATED KINO. (and he's hot(not in magnet monster mode)).
Fitzroy

Hidden away, at the center of the planet is a sad, broken man. Distraught over his attempt to make his love like him so he wouldn't outlive her, and destroying her in the process. He isolated himself so that the God's may bless him with the ability to forget her like his first, but he remembered until he became a husk, sitting alone, at the center of the planet.

Besides the fact that this boss and his story is super hidden, I also felt really good fighting him, good ass boss.
The Swamp Man

It just feels extremely good to fight this guy. Actually being able to duck attacks and punish him blows my mind. The narrative payoff is extremely good too.
The Lordran Remnants

This mod makes a boss where you can fight The 4 Knight's of Lord Gwyn. I just think thats neat.

Man I fucking love Pursuer #1 most awesome guy that gets too much hate, also so funny that you can run behind him and shoot him in the ass with the ballista. Also the twin purusers in the throne room of drangleic castle at NG+2 is just cool they can kick my ass because I love them
Glad yo see the Pursuer love, It may no be my personal favorite, but it's still cool as hell, un both design and moveset.

The Pursuer honestly represents to me why dark souls's mastery is so compelling. He kicked my ass so many times on my first playthrough, and now I can handle him almost effortlessly. Feel like nowadays FromSoft thinks this is a bad thing, so every boss has to have variable length semi randomized combos and delayed attacks so you can never feel like you've fully mastered their movesets
