Fantastic game with brillaint characters, story, themes, and combat, only main complaint is the dungeons are a bit too similar.
SO IF YOU'RE NOT A FAN OF THE WORDS, PEAK, GOAT, RAW, CLICK OF THIS REVIEW BECAUSE THESE CHARACTERS ARE FUCKING REAL ASS HELL TAION IS ME, it can get a bit lost but fuck it we ball.

It's nice to see a game you like still hold up, big fan of the show and it was a blast getting reminded of all these characters, though it was funny this spoiled like a major reveal later on, fun as hell to use the aliens and learn their moves.

Was scared shitless playing this but regardless these level designs are so juicy, and while the actual story and characters are backdrops the combat and style this game has is immaculate

Complete and Utter peak, the characters, the levels, the bosses, and COMBAT, it fires on all cylinders, it can get confusing keeping track of what goes where but besides that I was literally shaking and cumming at Vergil, what a man you are STRONG GLAZE.
I really do like Nero as a protagonist and his moveset is amazing and so is Dante's and these bosses and story I really do like but these levels are so... all over the place and it becomes apparent when you run through them as Dante.

while the story is all over the place, shits funny as hell, especially watching Vergil snipe a fetus. Combat is really easy and there's not to much depth but you can really get into it, and the level design is really good. A simple good.
Holy moly this is near perfect aside from how some levels/bosses can just dip in quality like that one fucker you get in top of as Nero or Hell Cerberus. BUT VERGIL THIS OST THE PASSING OF THE TORCH RAAAAGH.
you know its real cool having robot dinosaurs and a humanity that has been reset with all this tech, be cool if it actually looked into it. Insane how much worse every character is in this game and how anything really engaging is drowned in a completely bloated and empty world. don't even get me started on how the combat was virtually unchanged, and how every other enemy was ramped up with no real methods of fighting back aside from melee, and that melee is really dogey against anything not human.

I dont think about this a lot. Glad my buddy was a HP fan cuz I was not paying for this.
Team Ninja does it again, but with less cool characters and fights that sometimes are unbalanced.

Beautiful story, wonderful characters, the social links are gut wrenching. This hits on all cylinders except for the actual game loop. The combat and bosses are really good, but goddamn Tartarus, I was able to stand it for 200 floors but man it got really grating AND DOING THAT RIGHT BEFORE THE FINAL FIGHT MADE ME LOSE ANY CARE I HAD FOR STREGA, Nyx tho is the throat goat.
Wielding a lightsaber is so cool, I loved the moves you could pull off, you could tell they were barely able to put this together but this is such a cool experience.
