The mechanics are what make this game so fun, timing each hit or when an enemy attacks you to take less damage is a blast and the bosses are just a ton of fun. The post game is also amazing with challenges like some of these fights were extremely hard
Much doesnt need to be said, the story, mechanics and partners are what make this game special. Timeless classic

This game means a lot from the character designs to the guy who made anime and manga what it is today, the music and the characters. Chrono trigger is the full package with its open world and side quests, a game that is truly ahead of its time. Each character has a great story especially frog and magus who is an amazing villain
