I very much enjoyed my time in Lobby Loitering. The game surprised me in how well-written it was. The various dimensions explore a wide range of tones from lighthearted and fun to horror. Each dimension felt like it was larger than the game, with small story threads you hear about, but never see the conclusion to before you hop to another. Characters were the greatest strength of the game. Many were funny with interesting designs, some were even heartbreaking and bittersweet. The use of photos of real abandoned locations helps to communicate a sense of melancholy.

Gameplay-wise it is a fairly standard rpgmaker exploration game. A lot of find x item to progress stuff, which can lead to frustration and checking every spot of every room to hunt for something.

I absolutely recommend this game to anyone who enjoys the rpgmaker-adventure game style, especially since it is free.

So striking visually, such a cool idea, but such poorly made & confusing gameplay. I got softblocked very quickly.

I Give This Wonderful Game 3 And One Half Golden Stars! Yippee!

was good when it was 2009 and my only way of playing was via a PC caked with dust. it's barely recognizable to me now

Extremely basic at its core, but sometimes you just feel like rolling a digital ball around and you know what? This fulfills that need

I know the phrase "this is the low point of the Freddi Fish franchise" sounds like the punchline to a joke but I assure you that's exactly what this game is and everything about this game just feels very phoned-in and tired.

The only nice thing I can say about this game is that Gilliam Barker comes out as a trans woman in this game. This is also the only game where she won't commit any crimes, meaning her gender dysphoria was to blame for her past behavior.

As a fan of the fossil fighters series I am very disappointed in this game.
