im sorry it just never clicked with me. there are some incredible moments and i liked what little of the characters i was given but i never felt like i got much out of them from where i was at. just couldnt grab me! the fishermans horizon makes me cry tho its so beautiful. good job uematsu

sometimes i think about the passage about kaine and her grandma and i get all teary-eyed and wistful. what a loving, human game. one of those rare pieces of media where talking about it makes everything jump out of me suddenly like a flood of warm memories. the resident evil bit? the diablo dungeon? the text adventure part? so so good. love the whole cast. such an empathetic work of art. i liked it : )

played thru hanako's route today bc of its relevance to a thing im working on. good game. shockingly good. very far from perfect and pretty inconsistent but that doesnt at all diminish what a feat this thing is.
