boogiepop reviewed Bleach: The Blade of Fate
Surprisingly adequate for a ds bleach fighting game. The sprite work for these characters are really well done, and there’s also English voice acting which is a plus in my book since that is what I grew up watching. They even have Tatsuki on the selectable roster! Soul society arc is the focus for this game so it has that early bleach charm to it. Definitely worth checking out if you’re itching for bleach since they never seem to make games for the series anymore. With all the cool characters bleach has, they could make a game that rivals the DBZ and Naruto games if they put their hearts into it, wishful thinking I suppose.

boogiepop completed Luigi's Mansion
I’ve beaten this many many times throughout my life and this playthrough I noticed things that really stick out to me on why I love it so much. You could be walking down this spooky scary hallway, it’s dark and got that strong music playing, Luigi be getting jumpscared constantly! And then all a sudden you walk through that door later ready to navigate this nightmare hallway but now it’s lit because you cleared it, and it just brings this small moment of peace and progression. Yeah I did it I cleared out this section of all the oogie boogies and now it’s my safe haven. Oh what’s that? Luigi is whistling the music that would play over as you walk around, and now it’s time to go to the next area. You go through the door and Luigi’s whistling seamlessly transfer into the stronger spook music without delay! It’s so cool, the music is constantly playing whether it’s the ost or Luigi’s just whistling in the clear areas, or he hums if you are gradually entering the dark ghost infested areas again. This is genius! Love all the sound effects, pressing A to “Mario” ,,, this game is just feel good all around and very comforting to play.
