When the internet is down, it's always there. Always the same, but never gets boring.

A good game to pass the time, but after a while, it starts to become repetitive. Good increase in difficulty level.

Fantastic. One of the best driving simulators, if not the best, around. The attention to detail and the behavior of each individual car is truly realistic, and the tuning possibilities are enormous, especially for race cars. Having played the PS4 version, I can't comment on mods like those who played on PC, but the constant addition of new cars and challenges has helped increase the longevity of the game, although its main strength is certainly not the career mode. In fact, the career mode is just an extremely simple pretext to drive some of the cars available in the game at launch. The sense of progression is tangible, as long as you don't drive more high-performance cars in other game modes during your career. The flaws I found include the lack of dynamic weather and rain, the absence of some important international circuits, the inability to "fast forward" time during practice and qualifying sessions in races that have them, and in custom championships (probably because I'm used to it in less simulation-focused games like the F1 ones), and the low level of engagement. It feels as if the races themselves are just large timed practice sessions with other drivers on the track. Nonetheless, it remains one of the best racing games I have ever played.
