I encountered so many bugs, dialogue hiccups, choice selections not being interactable and thus timing out, this game through and through made me feel jerked around. The only reason I'm not giving it a zero today is because the story is still there. Everything was thoroughly well thought out and written nicely. It could have been so much better with slight polish, but as it is I would not recommend it to anyone, just watch it honestly.

A thoroughly well written allegory to life as a trans person. As a trans person myself, this hit home over and over and over. Though it was only 3 chapters unlike most of DontNod's work, each one had so many details and things to read and learn that I played each episode for easily 3.5-4 hours. The content is all there, the kid's stories weaved in with the children's book written by them and their mother gives so so much more to learn once you realize who each person's animal is in the stories. Creative through and through, 5/5 without a doubt in my mind.

Bring tissues, expect pain, go for all the endings. I promise the extra hour of going for endings is worth it. It's an experience that will last.
