Interesting start to what would become the ace combat series, but the controls are kinda janky and the missles feel drunk which makes it a harder sell. The game also is very detached from the in-game world that would be fleshed out in the later games, Strangereal. Theres not really a lot of plot, which makes the whole thing overall forgettable. If you want to start with the ace combat, pick 3 or 4 and go from there.
