Unreal start to finish. No idea why I left it this long (yes i do, i was waiting for a sale and it finally went on sale) but GOD DAMN what a game. Never knew really what to expect as I had never seen gameplay but if someone had told me it was a Pentiment-like I'd have bought it full price.

Had a fantastic run through, didn't google anything and feel like my Harry was the best communist loving-apocalypse soothsaying-superstar in recovery he could be (fuck the boring ass book club and also fuck Evrart, I forged those signatures you dumb bitch).

Ending blew me away, just a perfect package of a video game. One of the best, can only hope we get another one even remotely close to this in quality somewhere down the line.

Great JPRG.

Music and aesthetics as expected on point and although the social links were weaker than P5R on the most part I enjoyed them, knowing they were mostly from a previous era.

Definitely more bittersweet ending than P5R but suited the tone of the full game. Excited for the DLC.

Overall a good time but Christ what a slog in the middle.

The story stuff was mostly excellent, I love all of the crew, all the big fight team up animations were so cool, especially during the final fights.

Really could have done without a lot of the world maps but again, the ending was such a high that it kinda removed the stink that three chapter chunk of back to back world maps. The final CG cutscene might be the nicest looking CGI I’ve ever seen in my life.

Yuffie fun to play but a big ole waste of time. Button those fuckin shorts

Very good movement but too long for my tastes, could have wrapped up like 3 hours earlier. Preferred Metroid Dread but that Vahram fight was class.
