this aint great, game is 10 minutes long as well

This game is fine, albeit a pretty standard action game. But it is a bit of fun. Didn't really feel anything after beating it though.

A guy with parkinsons tries to put a tiny hat on a lovely ant woman without killing her

Awesome game, hard choices and lots of death

When you finally get your civ to victory it feels amazing.

Cant really give it a rating, this was short but sweet.

Story was pretty interesting for once, and it was a bit of short fun. Only thing I didnt really enjoy is the constant simple but annoying minigames that are all the same exact thing. They pop up every time you answer a question basically, and get old after the first one.

If Nioh were dark souls, then this game is Sekiro

Really fun combat, cool boss fights, lots of little min maxing you can do to make yourself feel powerful.

enjoy the transmog system and being able to respec and change my character whenever.

Difficulty is a bit weak, of all the bosses in the game only 3 bosses i died more than once to and one of them was the first boss since i didnt understand the combat at the time, didnt really get the sense of progress and skill that I usually do in a soulslike unfortunately..

Story is mumble jumble, I admire you if you can sit through these cutscenes, if i forget to skip them Im basically falling asleep instantly while trying to watch them.

But a GREAT alternative to fromsoft games, I fully recommend playing it despite what Ive said, just skip the cutscenes and maybe level cap yourself since the game gets really easy eventually

Vampire survivors for people who don't enjoy color

You can beat this "game" in 15 seconds.

Wow, that was something alright...

A short but clever little puzzle game. Doesnt feel right to rate this one but it was enjoyable for a bit.

Not bad, it's a good start I guess.

Game is far too easy, even on the hardest difficult, but the combat is a bit of fun for a while. It does get a bit frustrating later on though

Story isnt all that interesting, but the main relationship sidequests are. Main story has almost an inexcusable horrific conclusion though.

All side activities in the open world are basically what you would expect from a lazy developer. Braindead tiny puzzles scattered around every 20ft that do nothing for enjoyment aside from people who want to spend hours doing the same thing over and over again. The world feels absolutely barren outside of hogwarts itself, even though there is infinite things to do, none of it feels like any more than a checklist of meaningless tasks to do.

Hogwarts itself is built amazingly, and the developers did put a ton of effort into the school, and even the little details. So i have to give them credit for that. Harry Potter fans will be surprised how much is jammed into the school. You can explore every single room top to bottom in it.

The gear system is ripped straight out of whatever base template developers are using nowadays, but I appreciate the ability to transmog clothing based on anything you have ever picked up. I just wish that there was whole outfit slots you can select because this is one of those games where you constantly pick up new gear that is better so keeping your signature look is really frustrating after a while transmogging constantly.

Beast taming is pretty fun for about 3 minutes but it is pretty barebones so you end up just forgetting about your beasts after a while.

Not much reward whatsoever for doing all of the tasks around the map though in which there are hundreds everywhere.

Final boss is a joke. Thats literally all I have to say. The game ended on an absolutely horrible note with me.

There needed to be some sort of morale system in this game, you can break into houses and steal things from people, you can extort more money from quest givers, you can learn unforgivable curses and be rude to everyone, but no dialogue reflects this and there is absolutely no downsides to not do this since nothing changes in the game if you are a terrible person.

Side note- Fuck JK Rowling, I didn't factor this into my review of the game though.

This game is pretty mediocre for a modern open world game. But it does have some bright spots that shine brightly

Perfectly average VR swordfighting game, nothing special. But its exactly what youd expect.

Whoa, what a banger game. A great twist on the classic revenge story. I hadn't heard of this until I watched the game awards, and it looked pretty interesting and has been on my radar for a while. Only now just getting a chance to play it and its now going into my "favorite games" list.

This game is beautiful in every way imaginable, from the creativity, to the gameplay, to the story, even to the level design.

I love how the ending just slaps you in the face with you have been playing this game wrong the whole time. At the end, after killing everybody you need to. It basically tells you that "there is another way". Letting you figure out yourself that you can spare each of the targets making a second playthrough almost manditory (since its not apparent that you can spare them on a first playthrough).

I dont suggest people playing this on master difficulty, unless they have already played the game once, since disciple seems to be the perfect difficulty level throughout. Enemies are still difficult and all, and you WILL die a lot in this game.

It feels great to keep getting better and unlocking skills in this game and finally beating the tough boss without aging too badly.

This game is basically like a crazy mix of all types of games that are my favorites so thats how it won me over so fast. Its a little bit like sekiro, with a posture system and deathblow system as well. A little bit of a roguelite since you have to replay levels multiple times and learn from mistakes and get skills and weapons along the way. And also for the combat, it also kinda reminds me of the combat in the Yakuza games as well, being swarmed by enemies all all times just mowing through them using the environment and weapons around you.

10/10 basically perfect game. For me that is. Every boss basically uses domain expansion on phase 2.
