First 3D mainline Pokemon game I bought in years and while I had much fun with the story and liked almost all new Pokemon designs, it's not worth full price - not for a practically first party game. Graphically, it's appalling, especially the environment - there were an abysmal amount of glitches and bugs in the game and it lags a lot in different instances and personally I just felt like the game was too easy - especially since there was no level scaling.
However, the open world felt fun to travel through and it felt great not being too restricted. I'd only recommend it if you're already a fan of Pokemon or if you don't mind the issues!

My personal favourite game in the whole Animal Crossing Franchise. Spent many summers and hundreds of hours playing this and for good reason! It's the game in the series which changed future entries for the better! (or worse; looking at you Amiibo Festival)
Fond memories with so many new additions to the franchise, new mechanics, new furniture, even more special characters and villagers! I met one of my bestest friends through this game and I'm oh so glad this exists. I'll never forget the weird creepy things Kapp'n would sing to us on his boat as we went to the tropical island to play minigames for hours. The Welcome Amiibo update only made the game better too!
If you want to play an animal crossing that gives you great design options but still has the traditional Animal Crossing Charm and then it's definitely worth trying out! >w<

New Horizons is a great entry into the Animal Crossing franchise. Crafting is a new thing in this game and it's so fun to make your dream island!
However, I'm only giving it 4/5 because I bought the game on release and really hated the drip fed update system and there are several features missing from previous games I severely miss, even after the big 2.0 update! (Missing Furniture Series/1 island PER switch/Villagers and missing special characters/Perfect Fruit and other little things like Tree Stump Designs or Nintendo Items/Minigames for Multiplyer/etc. to name a few)
I have played Animal Crossing since Wild World and New Leaf in my honest opinion is still superior in several aspects. However, if you like decorating and cutsie animals, then New Horizons' the game for ya and you'll definitely get a fun time out of it either way!
