*Note: Despite having some problems with Vanilla Cyberpunk, I tried playing PL as a different experience so that it wouldn't influence my opinion on it.

- Phantom Liberty is probably what the main story of Cyberpunk should've looked like, characters have actual depth, the dialogue is great and you can actually feel the imminent death caused by the Relic.

- The gameplay was vastly improved with the rework made after 2.0 and most of my issues with it were solved.

- My only two complaints about the whole expansion are that Dogtown is quite small in size and doesn't have lots of new quests to offer, despite having some major ones added. I also felt that the story was a little bit rushed near the end, but I guess I just wanted to spend more time playing it.
