Trollkastell finished Bloodborne: Game of the Year Edition
Bloodborne has ultimately reminded me that videogames are supposed to be fun, and if having fun isn't enough try pairing it with beautiful landscapes and a desire to learn more everytime you see something new.

Bloodborne doesn't fail to keep you engaged for one second, you could be trying to go through a difficult section/boss or trying to learn more and more about the beautiful lore behind the game by reading and observing every little nook and cranny of the game.

Before even thinking about buying it I was skeptical about playing a soulsborne game, I'm one to put myself down whenever i don't succeed at something and I thought it would be too stressful for me.

Despite that I was captivated by Bloodborne, I loved the setting and the overrall vibe of the game, and I decided to give myself this little gift for christmas and try it out.
It has, without doubt, been my best purchase ever.
Bloodborne was not frustating as I thought it would be, it revealed to be way more fun than I expected.

It pulls you instantly in with his beautiful surroundings, and the gameplay is borderline action which allows you to combo your way through enemies, and let me tell you it is extremely satisfying.
But if we're talking about satisfying, that's where the parry system comes in: you can fucking shoot enemies when they're about to attack you, stagger them and beating the shit out of them with THE MOST satisfying sound and animation I've ever seen (reminds me of Metal gear rising revengeance, and I love it).

And when you can't parry their big asses you could just destroy one limb and still put your hand through their skull and fuck em up in a Monster hunter style which doesn't fail to be hella satisfying too.

I could spend hours trying to tell the world how amazing this game is, how much fun it made me have and how much it reminded me the video games are beautiful, and they're supposed to amaze you, because video games are art.
I was starting to be almost bored by videogames, they would not give me any emotion whatsoever, and they did not surprise me anymore. But the mf did it, it managed to make me feel just like when I was a kid discovering my first videogames, and I will be forever grateful.

I am now joining the trend: if you own a ps4, play Bloodborne. If you don't, buy it and then play Bloodborne.
