When I played this I hyper-focused and left the oven on “to heat up” waiting for my lunch which never made it in, on account of my being focused.

Had fun, was good :) Plus free!!

All puzzles, 4575 picarats

Story: absolutely bonkers
Puzzles: easy, bad, just jigsaws and mazes.
Court sections: standard, dragged a bit.
VA: mostly bad. Why does Phoenix sound like this :'(( Enjoyed recognising VA's from Xenoblade though lol.
Music: sadly, most of it is reused from old games. I love the music of both series so it was disappointing there weren't many (if any?) newly composed pieces.
I had fun, but it isn't a strong entry for either series, I found much more dissatisfaction with the Layton elements than I did the Ace Attorney ones.
It was really funny seeing them stood next to each other.

Unique and interesting format for puzzles! It had me stumped enough to look up a quick hint twice. Very short but has charm.
