It can be hard to parse the difference sometimes between "dystopian", "apocalypse" and "just a really effed up sci-fi future. I tried to err on the side of caution wrt the subject matter.

Hardspace Shipbreaker
Journey to the Savage Planet
We Happy Few (does face paint count as obscuring?)
Beholder
Shadowrun (this has fantasy elements but is ultimately a cyberpunk setting which I think qualifies it as dystopian)
Riddick 1 (does this belong in School Photos too? If you add this one here you might as well take Riddick 2 also)
State of Emergency

Does Limbus Company count if the character on the cover has a clock for a head?

Hmm I don't think I'd count any of those as an obscured face since the whole thing is visible or in a domed helmet in those
