The graphics and settings remind me of the game Out Run. Even though the game is nothing like that. This game is a very good option for local multiplayer. It would have been a 5/5 for me if the collision physics were better and more satisfying.

One of the first indie games I have ever played and finished. It was really fun and it's still the best gory puzzle game for me.

This game is beautiful and relaxing. The story was mysterious and very engaging but the ending was a bit disappointing.

Played it recently and it reminded me of the golden era of EA sports. It's so good that it puts the sports games of this generation to shame. As a casual gamer, the only problem I have with this game is I found batting very tough even in the easiest difficulty.

It's a genre defining game and I have sweet memories of playing it on my NES. However, if you play it now, you will find out that it's an extremely repetitive game. After the firts few levels, every other level is a repetition of the previous levels. You better know the secrets to skip levels. Otherwise, you might get bored to death.

It's clunky but it's the best SNES point and click horror game. The atmosphere of this game is amazing.

2016

Beautiful undersea walking simulator. It's hardly a game. There's not even a compelling story. It becomes boring after a few minutes.

I spent my childhood playing gamelofts Gangstar games on phone. They were pretty much inspired by GTA I and II. So, these type of top-down open world games are nostalgic to me. Recently I played Retro city rampage which was amazing and was full of 80's and 90's references. After playing that one, Shakedown: Hawaii feels a little disappointing but it's not actually that bad. May be my expectations were high.

The positives:
[+] 16-bit aesthetics
[+] Sarcastic story-line that makes fun of modern business practices
[+] Nice soundtracks

The Negatives:
[-] Lack of depth and challenge in missions {I don't like difficult games but this game is way too easy to be enjoyable}
[-] Story is not engaging enough (Characters are not interesting)
[-] No references like Retro City Rampage
[-] Something feels off when the cops are chasing. (You must fight them and they'll suddenly stop coming. Trying to lose them is not an option with normal cars) Also cops are so easy to fight off that after playing for 10 minutes you'll start ignoring them.
[-] The money making system feels imbalanced and weird
[-] Almost everything in this feels unfinished
[-] Too Repetitive (You just drive here and there and shoot)

I had fun for about an hour and a half. But still I'm recommending this game as there's no other game like this available anymore (Other than Retro City Rampage).

It's The most satisfying King of Fighters game.

The controls are super responsive and combos/moves are easy to pull off. Also, it has a gigantic roster of 66 characters.

I play this one the most (Local co-op with friends/colleagues/brother).

Initially I wasn't interested in this game as I thought it would be something like Hungry Shark. But it turns out to be a shark RPG with a nice story. The only thing I don't like about this is you need to grind a lot. I'm sick of "Kill 10 grouper" or "Kill 10 catfishes" type of missions. These missions stretched a 4-5 hour game to a 10-12 hour game. It would have been perfectly fine if those missions were optional.

This one is the most underrated entry in the franchise even though it has one of the best and realistic physics among all the games even compared to the games of 2023. I think people forgot about this game because of all the optimization issues. Rockstar should re-release it. It's a masterpiece.

This game was enormous, offering so much to do that boredom was simply not an option. Moreover, when I was a kid, playing GTA: Vice City, the concept of this game seemed unreal. Multiple cities in a single game? It felt like an open-world gaming dream. The inclusion of RPG elements in a GTA game was something I hadn't even considered possible due to doubts about hardware capabilities. There was so much diversity in this game that it felt almost unbelievable.
This is one of the best games in the history.

In terms of the atmosphere and the map, GTA Vice City feels like a downgrade from GTA 3. But the it has better storyline, more vehicle variations, bikes, helicopters, in game map, property buying mechanism and more side missions. Also the protagonist Tommy Vercetti is more memorable than mute Claude.

Among all the GTA games, I played this one the most. I used to experiment different things in this game when I was a kid because I never experienced anything like that before. This was revolutionary for it's time.

I played the game very recently once again and finished it this time. The atmosphere was truly amazing and it's satisfying even after 22 years.

Most of the people I have encountered that claimed to have played GTA V, actually played only GTA online. That's why this game has so many negative reviews.
Before passing judgment on GTA V, try its single-player campaign. The narrative depth and unique side quests offer an amazing experience often overshadowed by GTA Online.
