everthing was going smooth, then i have erase pieces

Plusy: skomplikowana i dopracowana rozgrywka, sporo poziomów
Minusy: jak na grę od Zachtronics przystało jest ciężko

Yeah I bought this game and tried it out 7 entire years ago and only just came back around now to actually complete it, it's like I needed the time for my brain to finish developing so I could solve these puzzles.

Being the first zachlike I've ever fully completed it's hard to compare it against the others but I think it feels the most approachable and immediately tangible to non programmers. The language of manipulating 3D objects is universal and the difficulty ramp is slow enough you can build your own catalog of useful block structures before the game throws some really hard builds at you.

If you think you're completely safe from programming I'm sorry to report by the near end of the game I figured out you can make finite state machines and this arcane knowledge from my actual engineering degree was far too useful to ignore.

This still gets a recommendation from me regardless, there's a fun story that I imagine most people never got to see even half of, and an incredible penultimate level that could be its own game.

You would think a world obsessed with minecraft would show some interest in this, the most accessible and intuitive game by the guy notch plagiarised it from

Amazing puzzle and rest elements. I'm gonna earn soooooo many nutritional pellets for making complex items.

i get the appeal but its implementation of a lot of stuff (particularly conveyor belts at corners) feels waayyyy too jank, it feels like i'm fighting against the engine. i can tell this problem is just gonna get worse as the game ramps up in difficulty so, uh, i'm good

A wonderful automation puzzle solving game with a great ascetic!

Which happens to contain the single greatest jump scare I have ever seen, which actually made me quit the game as it was so effective...

And It was just a little flying camera that spawned in on one map and followed me around making me actually question whether someone was watching my gameplay or not. (I know it doesn't sound like much, but man is it memorable)

Easily my favourite from the Zachtronics lineup. Complex but approachable. Interesting mechanics, a great theme, and a lot of puzzles to tackle.

Não tenho paciência o suficiente para continuar.

Great game, the freedom you're given to experiment is wonderful and freeing and the solutions are satisfying. Exactly what I want in a Zachtronics game.

This is truly an outstanding puzzle game. It circumvents the pitfall usually seen with puzzle games where there's no replay value once you've figured it out, but the sandbox nature of building a functional factory along with 3 different optimization metrics means there is plenty to do here in every stage. Definitely among my top releases in 2015.

Good if you love puzzle games

The beginning is very fun in my opinion. The early levels are just to show you how to play the game and it is fun to watch your machines work correctly. Also, the lore-building with the little secrets scattered throughout the levels is very good and adds an element of dread and mystery to the game that I was not expecting.

However, I am currently stuck in the second half of the game where the levels are significantly harder than before. This increase in challenge makes it even better when clearing a level, but the whole part I'm stuck on is beating the level, so it just feels like a chore to me since I can't figure it out. I really want to finish the game, but there is no hint system that I can find and I don't want to resort to looking the answer up online.

I would give this game 5 stars if there was some sort of hint system available in order to help players finish the game, but since there isn't, I'll put it at 4.5 for now. That being said, the game is very well made and everything about it is very polished and clean, but the difficulty is just a bit too unforgiving in my opinion.

Really cool puzzle game if you're particularly good at engineering systems. It's super cool to create a production pipeline, tweak it bit by bit until it actually works, and then try to hone the design to get it as efficient as possible, which the game scores you on. Super satisfying! As you go through the campaign the story goes places and the objectives get bigger and bigger requiring bigger and bigger feats of engineering, which really puts you through your paces. It's very for me! <3
