Y'know, I don't like the term "Mastered" on this site. I'm not a god at Sonic R, but I have 100%ed because it's so fucking easy to do. I actually think this is the best Sonic racing game, and I want a sequel that's more refined. Pls sega stop making shitty mario kart knock offs.

I love the soundtrack to this game so much, it’s perfect. It’s sublime. All other problems in this game are lesser purely because of the amazing europop soundtrack.

Sonic R e um jogo extremamente pequeno tendo apenas 5 fases, Fiz 100% dele em 1 hora, os controles são escorregadios e nada eficientes. Mas a trilha sonora Já e outra historia, elas são uma dlç de se ouvir. Inclusive foi a trilha que me prendeu ate o final.

Demasiadas runs que le hice a este juego y todavia no logro cansarme. El juego tiene su publico no deja de estar roto hasta en su propio nombre aun asi no voy a parar de completarlo. Por no poner en la lista el sonic gems collection he de decir que jugue todas sus variantes y siempre me quedare con la de NGC/WII siempre a 60hz y por su mando.

Literally the only reason it has a full star is because of the music.

I played this as a part of Sonic Mega Collection (or was it Gems Collection?) and I love it. It's not a particularly GOOD game, but it's charming and silly and the music is hilariously fun. I was tempted to put some of the lyrics as my review because they immediately started playing in my head, but I'll spare you.

I don’t understand

i hate the fact that i found this game more memorable than any of the classic 2d sonic games (lowkey the soundtrack in this is better too, that on its own is at least a 4)

Good concept, needs to be redone

I wish there were more on-foot racing games, this concept can work well...but as it stands, Sonic R is okay yet cutesy.

Sonic R does not feel good to play. The soundtrack almost makes up for this.

An incredibly mediocre racing game with an awesome, albeit out of place soundtrack at least makes this game worth playing for an hour at the least, as long as you’ve got friends with you of course.

everybody's super sonic racing. try and keep your feet right on the track because the controls are fucking abysmal holy shit this game sucks. 10/10 soundtrack though
