Easily some of the best content in the game. This dlc adds some really interesting lore to the world of Lordran, along with one of the most iconic fights in the franchises history - the titular Artorias. The additions to the world are colourful and really interesting except for the last stretch, but overall some really good areas.

A experiência de explorar o abismo e lutar contra o Artorias são inesquecíveis.
Aqui se encontram os melhores bosses do Dark Souls 1 e uma das áreas mais únicas da franquia toda.
Memorável.

An amazing DLC that accentuates an already amazing game. It has great bosses, especially Artorias and Manus. I also love the way the story plays out. Highly recommended!

Artorias is one of the best characters and boss of all time manus and dark place is kinda annoying tho.

Glad that I finally got around to beating this expansion. I originally gave up on it after getting stuck on Artorias, and it was only on my new game plus that I finished it. While I don't think it quite reaches the highs of the base game (Anor Londo & Undead Burg/Parish), I can't deny that this is a great expansion. The atmosphere is as strong as always, the NPCs were memorable (although a bit underdeveloped), the lore implications are very interesting, and the bosses were some of the best in the entire game. Sanctuary Guardian was solid, Artorias & Kalameet were great, and Manus was my favorite boss of the game. Although there was other parts I liked, these bosses for me were the standout part of Artorias of the Abyss. The only thing that really held this DLC back for me was the areas. As although the atmosphere is great, they are really annoying to traverse due to the amount of powerful enemies & the lack of bonfires. But even with these issues I still found Artorias of the Abyss really enjoyable, and it reminded me why I love this game as much as I do.

immediately realized i was gonna fall in love with this one in the very first minute when you fight Sanctuary Guardian. The areas are more or less the same as base game so no complaints there but my god are the bosses in here such an improvement. Absolutely no misses. The amount of adrenaline i felt while fighting Kalameet and Artorias is just unmatched.

artorias, kalameet, and manus are all incredible fights and i love revisiting deeproot in such a different light. not to mention chester the bloodborne npc i love him

The best DLC I've ever played. Peak Dark Souls.

This shit is so good it almost makes you forget the base game's second half

Started the tradition of Fromsoft DLC being the best part of the game

Artorias é meu chefe favorito do primeiro Dark Souls. Essa dlc é incrivel.

Artorias and Manus are FIRE

Amazing DLC for an amazing game

Artorias var başka bişey dememe gerek var mı ?

DLC curtinha mas muito boa, gosto demais, mas queria entender o que se passou na cabaça do Miyazaki pra fazer a quest de entrar na dlc, na moral, esse cara é maluco.

I wish areas were longer. Bosses were amazing tho.

I really enjoyed this one, Artorias was an awesome boss fight, manus was incredibly difficult but with the right equipment you could beat him and it just had a very nice environment overall.

DLC hecho como dios manda

a little too much of the gardens and I've never loved kalameet like everybody else has but otherwise just totally top notch stuff. scary, challenging, lots and lots to love.

Went into this with a Moonlight Greatsword... Not so fun

Best bosses in Ds1 and some incredible lore. It is just very disconnected from the rest of the game.
