Killed an npc that was part of the story by accident. Love the fact that it let me do that.

Masterpiece! Come for the landscapes and story, stay for the Gwent.

Without a doubt, this was the best game I've ever played in my entire life. I can't describe the countless hours of pure excitement I felt playing this game. I replayed the Witcher 3 + its Dlcs around 5 times in total. Every time I was entertained from beginning to end by the incredible story told to us through Geralt's adventures.
I confess, I would be being unfair if I didn't talk about the negative parts of the game, such as the disastrous controls that are imposed on us during this odyssey. I gave up playing the game on the PS3 version because of the imprecise controls when it comes to combat and horse control (and you ride the horse a lot in the game) But in the pc version, the controls are a little better in my opinion, but you will still get irritated a few times throughout the gameplay.
Apart from this flaw, the rest of the game manages to make you so immersed in the narrative that I almost contracted Dissociative Personality Disorder because I thought I was Geralt so much. The music, the ambiance, the items, the traders, the random NPCs, the side quests, the infinite loot spread across the map, ALL OF THIS has the capacity to make you spend hours ahead in front of the screen playing The Witcher 3. And that's because I haven't even started talking about the FANTASTIC and UNDESCRIBABLE main story of this game, But I'd rather you discover that on your own by playing TW3
So, After this review, here's an honorable mention for the best mission (in Portuguese) in the game: "Diga ao sargento do Barão que você quer levar Uma".

I love this game so much this game means a lot to me it is truly a masterpiece

Peak game

A truly life changing experience, I deeply love The Witcher 3.

The writing, story, characters and pacing are amazing, graphically was and still is outstanding, the artistic direction is also super good, the setting is brutal thanks to the world that Sapkowski created (you all should read the books!), the music is great and super memorable, some of the sidequests were also really good, the DLCS are as good as the main story, and there's so many other pros!

Some of the cons though are that the combat system could be much better, and especially, the game lacked in pure "RPG" content, which is not a problem per se, but as the game was advertised as one, it was just weird to see how it didnt have much of it.

In conclusion, go ahead and play it, its a masterpiece!! :)

Jogão, adorei toda história e beleza do jogo
recomendo d+

By all means it looks amazing, especially on the playability. But my PC disagrees because of the specs requirement ;_;
Will definitely return but the first half an hour looked promising.

(I'd still consider this a tie-in alongside all CD Projekt RED works being based on a fantasy book series written by a really hateful author. But eh, if it wasn't for his hate towards videogames I guess we wouldn't have got this one and 2 decent other ones from what they've told me)

I’ve tried many times but I think the combat is just bad.

The Ard Fields of Skellige!
The Witcher 3 é épico!

a historia principal é uma bosta

I want to move to Skellige and listen to ethereal synth music for the rest of my life

I remember first entering Skellige and the zone theme kicking in and wanting to weep because i was witnessing pure art, a culmination between programmer and artists and directors and suits and all this harnessed and displayed to my eyeballs through electrical currents moving through wires and just.

Videogames man.

3 is a perfect capstone for the story CDPR wished to tell, its brilliant more than its banal and the vfx are absolutely stunning.

If you had to fill time for several weeks and had only ONE game to buy and play, i'd probably recommend w3.

That said i find the narrative, whilst inspired and interesting, a bit anaemic and underwhelming ultimately. I forget his name. You know the big nobhead. Big King Dickhead of the Wild Hunt- he's a bit wet isnt he. Doesnt really amount to much. I'm of the mind every good hero needs an equal or better villain and Geralts biggest rival isnt this failson, so ending the series (ending the series i say, like they arent planning to revisit it within the next few years) with him kind of blows.

I love the midgame and the hidden affinity system with Ciri, and how if you try to play the game like a gamer and not like a father, you push her into the bad route. When you, and Geralt, learn to appreciate and accept Ciri and honor her agency is when she is able to shift into the role she wants and accepts. Peak.

The DLC i want to take a moment to shoutout for not only being engaging but imo necessary to the whole experience. Geralts at his best in a monster of the week format tackling short to medium length cases and HoS and B+W both offer this in spades.

I prefer 2 to 3 for the story, but 3 is a better game, better to click buttons in, better mechanically, and is an absolute must play for anyone.

Top 15 greatest game of all times

Le meilleur jeu all time tout simplement

One of the best games I ever played.
